The mark on my face is from shaving in the morning >_> I knew it would happen, I waited until the hair had grown out significant, used assloads of cream, was careful...and still managed to cut myself. Oh well. The hair worries me more - damn cap didn't fit my head at all. It looked so cute beforehand too ;_;

Also...that makes sense, Gref. Snow loves Canadians - I mean, look at his attraction to NEB! Granted, everyone loves him, but I digress - anyway, the guy in the red is Dr. Boni, and he's from Canada originally. A professor in biopharmaceutics, statistics and pharmacokinetics. Nice guy.

So I found out yesterday evening that I've been accepted to the Bachelor of Education program. This means I am only 15 (edit) months from being officially authorised to spread my mad plans to the next generation! Mwahaha. <_< Seriously, I am pretty damn pleased.

O_o Man, grabbing an Education license takes that long over there, Elfboy? Over here, if you get a Master's Degree in a subject, you're officially authorized to teach in universities at worst, and that's not to speak of lower grades. Granted, the education in Brazil is utterly epic for a reason.

China class addendum #01452.

So I was sitting in class, alternating between reading a novel (Memories of Ice, the Malazan Book of the Fallen series), reading my book, and reading the blackboard and taking notes on what was up there, when the girl across the aisle passes me a note, which said in slightly fractured English, "We're going up to get a new teacher during the break."

You see, while most of the people don't like the teacher, we're willing to work with it for the semester - especially since someone's already talked to administration and gotten a "No" response. Now. Remember how much I've bitched about the teacher (a fair bit)... and how much I've bitched about the classmates (more, if not in number).

I effectively wrote back "Talk to the teacher first." You see, the teacher -has- proven able to change to try and meet the class's needs, and I've been paying more attention the past week as a result. But the rest of the class, well, isn't, and...

Most of the girls (I use that because not one guy is going up there; then again we have like five in the class) just fucking well talk all through class. This is all they did with the old teacher, it seems to be all they'll do with the new. I was curious to see if they would actually talk to the teacher or not.

Of course not.

So I may (unlikely, but) be looking at a new teacher Monday, and either way I've pissed off a group of girls I don't care about anyway.

Well, I'm gone for a week! Going to Florida with my family for vacation and such. Wouldn't have gone this time, except its the last time my sister (year younger than me) can actually participate in something like this since she's moving out, so figured I'd honor that or something.

(also, its the first time after a while I'll have someone to hang out with if I want to stray away from my parents/7 year old sister. Yay for close in aged siblings I ACTUALLY GET ALONG WITH? (aka not my brother <_< >_>))
