Guy's got evasion of his own which Yukiko has to deal with, and he is extremely accurate to boot. He has a chance to just outright slaughter her in a single hit with a critical, and his average double without crits is an easy heal lock.  Yukiko has similiar problems against Colm.

Mostly mitigated by Yukiko's game-best Luck and Suku (remember it boosts both evade and accuracy by a very notable amount), and FE accuracy actually isn't that awesome even when high unless he's using a weapon like an Iron/Slim Sword, which just fail at damage really hardcore. The weapons that have the high crit rates are actually kinda inaccurate too, which don't help the cause. I guess it can tip the fight to his favor, but I have my doubts whether it's enough, because Guy can miss Yukiko about 1/4 of th time even with an Iron Sword, which is basically all she needs to win if he's getting 2HKOed. I'd honestly vote Guy (and Colm if he had Guy accuracy, for that matter) if he was 2HKOing with a single swing, but he just doesn't have the Str for that. If Guy avoids the 2HKO, though, methinks the match is his. (I just have no faith in Colm's ability to miss it myself)

When both are risking being 2HKOed (Colm and Guy have terrible MDef - Guy might even have enough HP to mitigate that, but I doubt Colm does) and I see FE crits coming in later rather than sooner - and Yukiko's game-best Luck is also nerfing their crit rates a little bit (remember, P4 Luck affects crits too), that just doesn't matter enough (and an attack needs to -connect- first to even make a crit check). I'm still allowing Endure to boot, which tips the tiebreaking a bit further against them.

A single physical should heal lock Yukiko and her godly physical durability.  Even if she averages an evasion each round and never gets critted she isn't making any headway. Guy's accurate even by swordmaster standards thanks to the good skill score as well.

Yukiko wins if... Guy goes first, misses twice, she hits with her Agidyne, Guy goes and hits once and doesn't crit, and she hits a second time (And that 2HKOs).  Really have trouble buying that.

Breath of Ice is worthless damage and Sigurd has like four charges of it - by spending all of them, he's not even killing Yukiko (this isn't P3 weakness), and odds are he will miss at least one. Silent Lake is how Sigurd is winning that fight if at all.

Yukiko vs FFT Balk Fenzol - Balk 1 horribly slaughters yeah. Balk 2 might have more trouble since Blast Gun runs into Yukiko's Thunder resistance.
Yukiko vs FE7 Fiora - Mdef's it up like a champ. Having good accuracy + Yukiko's pdur makes this easy.
Yukiko vs WA:ACF Magdalen Harts - I...think? I'm using some prior numbers that I crunched and Yukiko basically still 3HKOs (Mags has poor Res, but that's offset a bit by his above average HP). She basically needs to dodge twice in a row and I don't know if I buy that. Mags going first definitely creates problems to boot because 1 Punishing Evil + Gamble'd Punishing Evil (which he WILL have the FP for by turn 3) is a clear KO to me.
Yukiko vs FE7 Nergal - Counters kinda make this interesting...until you realize that Suku is probably making one of them miss early on which means she can complete the 2HKO without fuss. Having MT for this fight if she wants it is just lol

Yukiko vs CC Marcy - Connecting one attack here is bad for Yukiko since knock down kills evasion. Marcy has 14 separate attacks to go through. And the moment she connects, she can dizzy, build a chain and one round afterwards. Something tells me Yukiko is not winning this.

Yukiko vs FF7 Nanaki - Red's low level limits are kinda sucky. His high level ones are not seeing play as Yukiko can chip through them. Limited Moon getting potentially spoiled by the exhaustion fan just makes things more hilarious >_>
Yukiko vs FFT Alma Beoulve - um...*giant psyduck*. Kneejerk is to say Yukiko unless you see Ultima 2HKOing (which it could!). Seems like that's what it might come down to.
Yukiko vs WA5 Nightburn Acklund -  Good news: Yukiko hits weakness here! Bad news: Nightburn can counter hit weakness (if you allow LPs), is accurate, and can probably heal lock via GRAVITON with the threat of ITE Crush followup. Oh he also goes first. GG

Yukiko vs PKMN Swampert -  Kneejerk Swampy. Yukiko can try to status and run Swampy out of PP (his best damage moves have low PP totals), but he can always opt for his stat busters which just creates problems for Yukiko (In particular, Muddy Water (drop accuracy) and Mud Shot (drop speed))

Yukiko vs FE8 Colm - Could Colm downgrade to a Slim/Iron Sword here for more accuracy? Hm...but then he loses too much MT possibly. And yeah, Skill wasn't his good stat.

How does Exhaustion work exactly?

Tide makes it sound like it's draining Limit Meters... and I must have missed that part of P4...

Drains 20% MSP from the target. It also lowers defense significantly (I think). I probably should clarify regarding Natalia, but the reason why I don't see the MA is because if she inflicts it, the SP drain makes the stalling even more impossible. (It doesn't drain limit metres as far as I know)

Red's weapon runs on a forumula that's more or less Final Damage == 2((MMP-CMP)/MMP), so sapping his MP diminishes his base physical as a threat and means Yukiko just has to worry about limits.
