Not that Tony is a particularly competent bully. In fact, he might have been stuffed into garbage cans more than the people he tried to bully. He's still decent in the arena, but let's face it, Yosuke is better. A diversified skillset with magic, physicals, healing, and even an evade buff gives him all the options he needs. The music pulsing through his headphones will make sure he never misses a beat in the fight and keep his mind clear to use his moves in the right order. Michael Jackson he ain't, but Yosuke will be burning up the arena floor as he dances his way to the next round.
