Okay, shit organised. Will post like flight numbers and times again closer to flight date, but just for records purposes.

July 30th
I will fly out of here at 11 in the morning and arrive at Vancouver about 5 in the afternoon. Long arse layover in LAX by choice, I am not running for another fucking flight with a laptop.

August 23
Fly out of Sanfrancisco to Sydney at 10:30 at night and arrive there at 6 in the morning getting back to Brisbane about 9

Alright, then, folks! It's about that time.

In a few weeks, I get my bonus which is what I'm using to put the downpayment on the place (just like last time). But before I do that, I need confirmed numbers. Who all is coming, and who all will be staying at the house? Those staying will need to cover a portion of paying me back for the house. The more people staying at the house, the less everyone pays. The less people staying, the smaller the place we'll get. Take your pick which one sounds better.

So, sound off. Who all is coming and were you planning to stay with someone else, stay at the house or stay here with Gate/me? Just like last time, those who travel internationally have dibs on staying here if they need to save money. We've got room for a few people here at the apartment.

Andrew and I will be there.

We live close and could stay at our apartment if necessary, but I think we'd really like to stay at the house. Count us as "at the house" people, but know that if we run out of room or whatever we can just not do that.

Small potential for us to be able to host a person or two before/after, also, if necessary. Will know more about that later.

So... what kind of House are we talking about? I want to stay with everyone, but I'm also dragging along a Japanese-speaking gamer, who is going to be all culture-shocked. I need to know what to prepare him for on his first trip to America.

If the conditions aren't really ideal for this kind of thing, I may opt for a hotel.

The house last time we went to San Fran was a large beach house that fit...80% of the 28 or so people at the con? It had something like 4 beds or so, 4 couches. Was comfortable overall.

Anyway, I'll be coming for the house - not sure when I can actually purchase a ticket and confirm, but I will be there.

I should be able to chip in for the house regardless of where I stay - general intent's to stay there. I like couches, they are comfy and easy to wear.

Though... since it'll be Chiaki's first trip to America, (and my first trip to California!), I'd like to come a bit earlier/stay a bit later than the con and do some tourist-y things. Anyone in Cali wanna show us around?

Nope, that was from DLC4 when we split a hotel room. DLC3 I spent whimpering at Gate's place since my flight landed so late.
