Site ranking stuff

Okay. As it stands, the next site nominations falls directly on Christmas. That isn't flying for so many reasons. What I want to do is either:

- Push it back another season
- Start the ranking process during week 1 instead of week 3.  That'll get us done two weeks before the holiday season.

I prefer the latter option myself, but either works. Thoughts?

While I don't agree that there's nothing worth ranking now, it makes more sense to me to do ranking after the holidays since maybe people will be getting games/systems for Christmas after all.
