Disgaea 2 at 7/10.  Better than the first and such.

Pokemon Colosseum at 4/10. Its Pokemon SOMEHOW MADE BORING.

Changes:

Grandia 3 moved to 8/10 (+1).  Reflecting on it, the plot can be ignored and the gameplay was good!

Legend of Dragoon moved to 6/10 (-1); don't feel it has any place in 7/10 anymore.

Xenosaga 1 moved to 6/10 (-1), when it comes down to it, I tried to replay the game and kept getting bored, and have no desire to ever go back to it.  Not a game that aged well despite not being THAT old.

Grandia III unstarred and stays at a 3. Fun gameplay and enjoyable duelists just can't raise it higher than this given its miserable plot.

The World Ends With You added at a 10. Best gameplay/story experience I've had since Valkyrie Profile. I really have no complaints about this game at all. Even the supposed 'flaws' or 'shortcomings' that detractors mention just don't bother me or I find the features to actually be enjoyable. This is a 10 in my experience.

Disgaea 2 at 5/10. The improvements and downgrades from the first game roughly cancel out gameplaywise. D1 gets a slightly higher ranking due to the occasional larf it gave me.

Megaman X: Command mission at 4/10. Started out strong, but frequent, easy, repetitive trash randoms and increasingly stupid dungeon designs really wore on me at the end, especially with this game being basically a pure dungeon crawl. Interesting boss fights throughout couldn't quite get it up to a 5. Just not enough of them.

Did some shuffling of rankings after my latest batch of replays/completions.

SaGa Frontier added with a star at 7/10 - It technically fits my idea of a ten, but there are SO MANY polish issues that all of its good points and creative ideas are averaged out to 7.
Legend of Dragoon down one to 6/10 - It's good, it really is, but my excitement for it wanes quickly. Good polish and Rose keep it ffrom being average.
Suikoden 4 up one to 5/10 - Getting all 108 stars means I got to see Snowe, the one believable character in the game. Also, the ship was less annoying the second time through.
Tales of Rebirth down one to 5/10 - Me? Lowering a TALES game? Crazy as it sounds, it's hard to get too attached to a game that you played in Japanese when your Japanese skillz were weak. On its gameplay merits alone it manages to be average. Tales games need flavor.
Final Fantasy 12 down one to 4/10 - This will probably drop further eventually, but FF12 has a nice coat of paint that keeps it out of Shining Force-level rankings.

-Fire Emblem 8 up to 8/10. I've played it five times in the last four years? Yeah, needed to be higher. Being worse than 7 isn't an insult.
-Valkyrie Profile 2 down to 5/10. Now here's a game that doesn't compare to its predecessor. Argh, aftergame still saves it, but I reacted with some disgust when I noticed it was still at 6.
-Dragon Quest 8 up slightly, but not enough to crack the 6/10 crew.
