For those that don't know, the list topic is where you are given 16 fighters to list in order from strongest to weakest. Say:

It's a pretty neat format.  You need seven fighters for your list to count towards the weighted average, but feel free to do divisions where you have six or less. It is a cool way to see how the best in every division stacks up.  Without further ado, here is list!

1: Profound Darkness (PS4) - Yup. Meet one of the Godlike bosses whose durability I actually honestly respect. And that makes all the difference.
2: Fou-Lu (BoF4) - Solid defenses, good offense. Not as fond of him as I am of others, but.

5: Chaos (FF1) - I think?
6: Killer (SH3) - Really, this is a pretty tight field.
7: Yuri Hyuga (SHs) - Aside from the top and bottom, that is.
8: Cecilia (WA1) - And if anyone made arguments for these slots, I'd probably consider them.
9: Lugia (PKMN) - Since these are all pretty interesting and good duelers.

10: Bat (DDS) - Give Bat a turn and things get funky for some duelers, but that HP's seriously unimpressive.
11: Zog (BOF1) - Opposite issue! Highly likely to get a turn or two, but the damage really isn't something I respect.
12: Valvalis (FF4) - Borderline.
13: Kuja (FF9) - Heavy.

Heavy:

1: Decus (SO2) - Durability's okay, better damage out the gate than Songi even if it is resisted more. Works, I guess.
2: Ho-Oh (PKMN) - Solid setup.
3: Hugo (S3) - Speed allows his skillset to work.
4: Songi (LoL1) - I... think? Not much durability respect resigns him to being a status immune 2HKOer - hardly bad, but wallable and not special.
5: Rofel Wodring (FFT) - Scary physical spoiler, hates magic, especially solid against PCs. This works. Durability respect kinda exists, but.
6: Auron (FFX) - Mrf.
7: Vayne Aurelius (MK) - Decent durability + overkill with some chargeup = pretty solid. Spoilable by good buffers (hi Maya!), people with ID and physical tanks. 8: Otherwise a very scary opponent.
9: Evans (BoF2)
10: Lilka Eleniak (WA2) - Stall game from hell, but starts slow enough to be thwartable. Still a solid Mid Heavy, so her being near bottom just says more about this pool to me.
11: Queen Zeal (CT) - On the replay, my durability respect for her went up. Pretty solid PC screwaround, hates bosses with a passion (can 3HKO and isn't terrible at speed, buuuut).
12: Albert Simon (SH1) - I... think? Iunno, this is open to debate, but my initial check is he's Queen Zeal but worse. l


Middle:

1: Rikku (FFX) - Yup.
2: Jeane (Suikos) - ...sure.
3: Kazan (LoL2) - P4 character, except it's a full heal and he has a limit. Works.
4: Ashton Anchors (SO2) - Elemental spoiler, pretty okay damage.
5: Peppita Rosetti (SO3) - Counters, general respect.
6: Poco (AtLC) - I... think?
7: Anna Lemori (MK) - Solidly speedy, lacks offense overall though. Status immunity helps.
8: Alen (S1) - Damage.
9: Crowley (S1) - Better stalling, worse durability. Works?
10: Massimo (MMXCM) - Doesn't like magic, but can brute force through if needed.
11: Brad Evans (WA2) - Sl-o-o-w 2HKOer.
12: Robo (CT) - Sl-o-o-w spoilable 2HKOer.
13: Neimi (FE8) - Gutcheck.
14: Vivi Ornitier (FF9) - Ditto. Both these two might be higher. It's a weird field.


Light:

1: Wilme (7th Saga) - Decent ID, somewhat fast, not fail durability? Not Light.
2: Spar (BoF2) - Status, decent durability, healing, buffs. Eh works.
3: Orlha (CC) - Low Middle.
4: Locke Cole (FF6) - High Light.
5: Lucius (FE7) - Okay.
6: Beecham (S3) - Sure.
7: Blazk Wizard (FF1) - Eh. No real respect, but if not killed fast...
8: Futch (Suikos) - Meh.
9: Yushis (OB)
10: Skelly (CC) - Nope.
11: Raijin (FF8) - Yeah no.
12: Noel Chandler (SO2) - Noel.

[Dhyerwolf]

1. Rikku- Godlike
2. Kazan- Solid game with back-up magic, some status, etc…
3. Peppita- Gut of damage or several statuses to throw around.
4. Magdalen- Fast, painful damage with isn’t blockable
5. Neimi- Doubler with evasion. Not a solid doubler, but one none the less
6. Massimo
7. Poco- Hard to place as always, but MP busting is really good against very many, as it having a very deep pool of healing. Doesn’t like people who can OHKO him, but luckily those are somewhat rare in Middle. Wishes I respected the speed buffing more!
8. Jeane- Big boost as of the new topic. Better relative damage, now ITD, and Pdurability is more like Poco than Crowley. Spoiled really just by elemental resistance and the rare Middles that can unload 70% physical damage turn 1.
9. Ashton- Unlike a number of people below him (Alen, Anna, Brad), he not only solidly 2HKOs, but he can solidly 2HKO many, many, many times.
10. Crowley- Like Poco, he doesn’t well with people as long as they don’t OHKO (or status him, since no resistance unlike Poco). Unlike Poco, he only needs to take 57% Pdamage to be OHKOed, and that isn’t uncommon enough.
11. Natalia- Decent damage+buffs that need testing+healing. Whatever.
12. Alen- 70% Damage (Slightly better than Ashton), but it runs out quickly. Wants to be faster, but the durability is excellent.
13. Robo- Slow with averagish damage unless he can go first, but some spoiling works for this I guess.
14. Anna- She can about scrape together a maybe 2HKO very quickly (since I see quick kicking in on the 2nd action…potentially the first), but never expect her to be able to do much beyond that except Light slugging.
15. Vivi- Often has to survive on elemental spoiling.
16. Brad- He can usually scraped a 2HKO against average thanks to Lock-On, and I could be underrating that. However, it’s not a strong 2HKO, it has issues with spammability and his speed is problematic. 

1. Karyl- Average package with 60% healing thrown into the package and a low accuracy fatal status against stallers. May not deserve Middle, but generally deals with Light incredibly well.
2.  Orlha- Above average speed 2HKOer with no other gaping flaws.
3.  Soren- Lot of respect here. Attack+Counter will generally kill thanks to Adept to me. Hates 1-2 range physicallers.
4. Beecham- Solid healer type. A shot of SL is great against mages too since I’m restrictive on defending on some ways now.
5. Yushis- For all the Yushis jokes, she’s fast with average damage and decent Mdur (Evasion helps with the HP and the phys weakness some at least), and she packs a 4HKO magical backup.
6. Spar- I’m assuming that things like defense up+attack down and doubling magic defense+silence and speed busting are actually of some use.
7. Skelly- Thinking his L5 might have healed him? Uh…not sure on that. But 7-11 were all so close anyways.
8. Futch- Ugh, well, unlike 9-11 this person actually has some durability.
9. Lucius- Ridiculously close to Sharmista. But gave it to him since he’s faster
10. Sharmista- Unless than Unbalance is turn 1!
11. Locke- Durability hurts too much. If I respected the speed it would help a lot, but he’s like 108% turn 1 and 115% after, I think. Chuck makes this trick work by having near average durability and a more solid starting damage point (Locke…blah, even if he loses 99% of his HP turn 1 against a slower opponent, he’s too far from 2HKOing average). Can bust healers though!
12. Noel- Spoils elements basically, because the shitty 50% healing with that damage and no other tricks isn’t really good for anything else.
13. Raijin- Slow 3HKOers in practice, but hates healers so much. And uh…Dispel! Toppo’s Earth rune finds a use!!
14. Saki- Horrible, but durability gets her above BW, although they could flip.
15. Black Wizard- DoS form is horrible.

[Dark Holy Elf]

Godlike:

1. Fou-Lu (BoF4): Fou-Lu's raw stats could be better for a High Godlike (only 3PCHP and below average speed?) but he just has so much spoiling piled on top of that. ITD OHKO damage takes out many PCs (though that can be spoiled), and the physical + Holy + Water/Lightning/Ice/Wind/Earth spoiling is pretty nonsense.
2. Profound Darkness (PS4): The raw HP is sick. May be better than Fou just for that, she doesn't lose by much elsewhere... just lacks the spoiling options? Mmm. May flip these two.
3. Heat (DDS): ST spoiling is good, MT spoiling isn't bad either! Slugging/options is decent on top of that. Hates those with really fast MT and lightning, but eh.
4. Chelle (WA:XF): The damage is just stupid. She can spoiled, but you almost have to do it. I think she may kill PD (but gets owned by Fou).
5. Bat (DDS): I guess. I really don't like to think of Bat in duelling-type situations. Just physical + non-Earth element spoiling is awesome. Fou-Lu Jr., except the elemental coverage is better.
6. Yuri Hyuga (SHs): Yuri frequently feels overrated, and is certainly overranked. Still, an above average PC Godlike.
7. Valvalis (FF4): Some spoiling. EDIT: Today I totally buy into the MEvade, so here works.
8. Chaos (FF1): Reasonably solid spoiler type.
9. Cecilia (WA1): Awesome at her game, but wishes she had something for boss-only magic.
10. Lugia (PKMN): Don't really get the recent bit of Lugia anti-hype. Crazy speed, status immunity (except ID), crazy durability and healing go a long way.
11. Killer (SH3): Plenty of options, needs more HP though. Raw damage, too.
12. Melfice (G2): Silence + evade is pretty cool. Not much respect for the durability or damage, though.
13. Zog (BOF1): Nice slugging (Great HP, good damage), but so easy to spoil.
14. Kuja (FF9): I suppose.

Heavy:

1. Lloyd (LoD): Man, he's a weird dueller now. Considerably more durable than I thought, but not fast... but counters kill some stallers who would otherwise beat him, and he outslugs the likes of Decus easily enough, so yeah, still think he deserves an upgrade.
2. Ull (VP2): No longer so certain he's Godlike because releases exist. That said, I don't think I hold too many against him, and he's good otherwise, reasonable HP and damage both.
3. Hugo (S3): Speed/damage of both elements/healing/death/evasion/some blockers. He does almost everything well. Raw ITE pdur is a question mark, but I like the balanced approach.
4. Feena (G1): One-rounds things off good speed. Elementally reliant and lacks variety, but still.
5. Decus (SO2): Fiiire. Spoil fire? He's not very good then. Raw stats aren't quite where the hype is, but still a very strong Heavy.
6. Queen Zeal (CT): Enough respect for the HP and speed for her game to work well. Not even terrrible against bosses.
7. Seed (S2): Two thirds PC HP sucks. But he one-rounds average before they move and spoils mages. Always think he ends up an above average Heavy as a result.
8. Rofel Wodring (FFT): You don't beat him with physicals, and he has turn 1 silence. Speed could be a bit better, though, so...
9. Ho-Oh (PKMN): Pretty good, but a bit fire reliant / raw stats could be much better.
10. Evans (BoF2): Death and massive fail otherwise. I think he ends up worse than Alys overall? But still, hard to beat without blocking Death or having lots of mevade/mdef, and outslugs PC killers.
11. Auron (FFX): The championship proves something, but yeah, definitely on the weaker end for someone with that distinction.
12. Vayne Aurelius (MK): Not trivial to kill in one round, and if you don't do it, you probably lose. Unless you dodge things well.
13. Albert Simon (SH1): Messiah's not much of a dueller, doesn't even have HP.
14. Lilka Eleniak (WA2): She's like Billy if Billy had no statusblockers and bad durability. Infinite resources and good base speed is cool, at least... but yeah. She didn't feel terribly out of place in Middle, although I do see her as a Heavy.

Middle:

1. Massimo (MMXCM): It's that dude I underrated a lot. Yeah, durable, status immune after turn 1 wards off many Middle status whore types, beats healers well enough and outslugs damage-dealers. The turn 1 vulnerability exists, but yeah.
2. Magdalen Harts (ACF): Boom, fast ITD ranged 2HKO hurts and works well in the division.
3. Alen (S1): Boom, 2HKO and tanky. Could be a bit faster and less elementally reliant, though the physical isn't a terrible backup, and notably is easily good enough to heal-lock with.
4. Neimi (FE8): That scary FE game.
5. Peppita Rosetti (SO3): Never sure how I feel about her. Since I feel there is a decent gap between Neimi (3.55ish) and Jeane (3.35ish), here works!
6. Jeane (Suikos): ITD? It's a nice bonus, means she can't be stopped by magic reduction at least *kicks Adray*. So she kills when she gets a turn, but is easy to stop getting a turn and easy to spoil.
7. Crowley (S1): Bad pdur, but hard to beat if you don't OHKO him or have a non-MDef status. Weird, but works well in the middle of the division.
8. Robo (CT): Crisis Uzzi strategy still works decently, but he really hates that mdur. Vigil Hats remain nice.
9. Anna Lemori (MK): Instant death against the frail gets her this far. Offence overall decent, defence overall not... very Middle.
10. Natalia LK Lanvaldear (TotA): Man, she needed that speed. Nothing else about her is terribly impressive as far as Middle healers go. At least her durability's decent and Overlimit is an okay option sometimes.
11. Ashton Anchors (SO2): I might be underrating him because I can never remember SO2 equipment, but a borderline 2HKO that is the worst DL damage type isn't really something I can get behind.
12. Brad Evans (WA2): Slow, no statusblockers, no variety to avoid being spoiled. Just not impressed.
13. Vivi Ornitier (FF9): Water healing gives him an edge. Bad durability and mediocre offence don't help. Element spoiling does.
14. Rikku (FFX): Allowing items that can only be stolen from 1 or 2 enemies over the course of the entire game to be spammed is very lame.

Abstain: Kazan (LoL2) - How do I deal with Charge Heal...

Light:

1. Orlha (CC): Chrono Cross domination. Fast 2HKOer with HP. Spoilable but "fast 2HKO with HP" does not belong in Light.
2. Lucius (FE7): 3HKOs and counters, with awesome mdur. Pdur... yeah. Light reliance sucks, too.
3. Beecham (S3): Actually, he fits here. Healer and SLer who could use better pdur or options, but good in the division.
4. Soren (FE9): Substantially frailer than Lucius. A bit more damage, though, and it's of more than one element... although as Cinnamon shows, big three walling may be as common as Holy. Thinking on it, it's a definitely a loss overall. 1.6 vs. 1.8 pdur is a big deal (lots of Lights in the 30% range for damage). Enough to put someone between them even.
5. Blazk Wizard (FF1): Turn 2 petrify! Turn 3 some other statuses if that's blocked, and 3HKO damage! Hahaha like anyone lets him live to turn 3 with that 2/3 PCHP and bad defences on top of it. Still, enough let him live to turn 2 that he doesn't suck.
6. Skelly (CC): Has that healing tech. And isn't terrible.
7. Sharmista (S5): One of our worst Middles ever probably.
8. Locke Cole (FF6): Yeah, the durability sinks his game. So a worse Middle than Sharmista.
9. Raijin (FF8): 3HKO and status immunities is something.
10. Futch (Suikos): Seems a lot like Raijin without the status immunity. A bit better in other ways but yeah.
11. Spar (BoF2): Spar. None of his tricks ever seem to work in practice.
12. Noel Chandler (SO2): I refuse to believe Noel can amount to anything good.
13. Saki (G1): Grandia boss.

-Standard
3 Vayne Carudas Solidor (FF12) - Vayne has, by my calculation, 10xPCHP.  PLUS the palings, which stack.  This makes him win absolutely every boss slugfest ever, even against Sulphur and Gawn.  Jade dies horribly, etc.  2 minutes is a looooong time in FF12 rounds, and I'm not inclined to hold the slow-casting spells much against him like Scathe.  Now on the downside his damage is not impressive at all, so good tanky healers mess him up.  Just...  they better not rely much on buffing due to Dispelga, and they better have reaaaaaaaaaaally deep resource pools.  Cecilia has insane resources and she probably has trouble keeping up, especially since her good damage costs MP too.  Yuri has problems once his MP draining is turned off (though he might pull through as well), etc.  And his pressure isn't as bad as you might think since he has auto-haste.
4 Melfice (G2) - Triple actions and speed are pretty cool, but his durability and damage could be better.
5 Cecilia (WA1)

10 Chaos (FF1) - Chaos's durability is just too bad to make his once-every-eight-turns CUR4 matter, or his buffs.  His skillset would make him a much better dueler if he had >1x PCHP adjusted for defense.

Godlike:
1. Heat (DDS) - Lots of respect for Heat. Nice skillset, good durability, and those damn tentacles. Only thing that stops him consistently winning is that weakness (since the MT still doesn't even hit him until after the tentacles are gone, IIRC?)
2. Yuri Hyuga (SHs) - Tchya. Don't really need to explain this one.

3. Valvalis (FF4) - ...Paaaiiiin. High respect for durability and speed, and that Weak and Slow Petrify make any PCs cry. Still, barely above average for Godlike past PC-slaying, and that's only that speed & durability.
4. Bat (DDS) - Bat. Ugh. But, that durability and average speed (and losing tiebreaks) make Bat weep. Typical "Gets turn, wins" Godlike, just via spoiling instead of killing. Cries against Sasarai.

5. Vayne Carudas Solidor (FF12) - Hahahaha respecting ffxii. Still, not bad, especially by FFXII standards, thanks to [See SnowFire]
6. Lugia (PKMN) - Can't see why Lugia would be low Godlike, let alone borderline/Heavy. Healing, good damage/speed/durability. Cries to fast status or any ID and a few elements. Generally solid otherwise.
7. Kuja (FF9) - High respect for Kuja's damage... Shame about the durability. That Curaga's not gonna help him at all.
8. Chaos (FF1) - lol Chaos respect. Frail with average speed. Low Godlike, thanks to that damage, but that's it. Takes too long to get going.

Godlike:

1. Yuri Hyuga (SHs) - Has some issues, but is one of the nastiest PC Godlikes. MP busters and stallers are not pleasant.
2. Valvalis (FF4) - God durability and speed, beats PCs hard, SPIN~ Crap damage hurts though.

5. Chaos (FF1) - Lol basic elements, good defenses help the HP a little. Too bad about needing to buff for good damage.
6. Kuja (FF9) - I actually respect Kuja's speed, but it doesn't help as much when you only have a 2HKO and you get OHKOd by so many. Reflect can see use though?!

1) Vayne - Looking through things, even if I didn't allow the final form...he's close to 50x durability to me, which is crazy.  Damage is weakish, but enough.  Wow.  And allowing the last form (with better damage and durability both!) is...insane.  
2) Heat - Just...wow.  I was thinking he'd be top before I looked at Vayne more.  Anyway, tentacle rape still puts him near the top.
3) Bat - Immunity is fun...earth is not a common element, although almighty...wait, still did 1 damage, didn't it?  ...gah, the top 5 or so can change...will have to think.  
4) Profound Darkness - Just a bit better than the others...albeit these next few can vary.
5) Melfice - Healing, boosting, damage...multiple parts is so nice to have.
6) Chaos - Infinite full healing is a yes.  Granted, vulnerable to instant death...mmm...
7) Fou-Lu - Slow, but...tough.
8) Chelle - Massive damage, though not too durable or with much variety.
9) Killer - Man, he's not bad, but...not near the rest.
10) Kuja - Healing helps keep him afloat.  
11) Yuri - YuriAll hype is a go, but...think the speed and bits of variety put him above the other 2 PCs?
12) Cecilia - CeciliaAll isn't that much of a help, sadly.  Tough top field.
13) Nate - ;_;
14) Valvalis - Sucks...but has magic immunity going for her, I guess.
15) Zog - Sucks balls.
16) Lugia - ...wow.  Not a great Godlike at all, especially in this field.

5) Decus - I go back and forth on him, but massive fire damage works well no matter what
6) Neifirst - Fast, has damage, has durability.  Overall goooooooooood.
7) Deathevns - Fast, has instant death, good durability, damage isn't awful.  
8) Auron - Initiative with a full overdrive is nasty.  Banishing Blade or Shooting Star own...and this is even ignoring full sphere grid Auron.
9) Feena - Fast, decent arsenal of cool stuff
10) Vayne - Similar to Feena, but not as fast
11) Lilka - Better arsenal than Vayne, more speed, but lacks the Time Gate/Overrealm thing
12) Hugo - His pick of runes, which owns
13) Ho-Oh - Fire.
14) Lloyd - Fails like sin.  Still better than...
15) Rofel - Bleh.
16) Seed - Urgh.

9. Lugia (PKMN): Don't really get the recent bit of Lugia anti-hype. Crazy speed, status immunity (except ID), crazy durability and healing go a long way.

Lugia isn't overly hard to kill in godlike, because:

He can be IDed
He can be statused if you're very fast
His physical durability's merely good
His magic durability's average if you're hitting either of his crucial elemental weaknesses

It's hard to find a godlike who can't exploit any of these holes. Even if you can't, it's still possible to win. The clincher is his healing's only half, so he can't really afford to be heal locked by the many things that 2HKO him, even when he's faster.

He can't blitz things so what does he have?

1.75 pdur is more than "merely good", and he blitzes things just fine with his solid 2HKO off +1.6 SD (140% to me, ymmv) speed. You say one can spoil him with ID or his elemental weaknesses (the latter's not even strictly true, it just lowers him to average), I say he spoils things that rely on status or non-broken offence that strikes defence and isn't hitting a weakness.

Vayne (FF12) - Also Durability hax, though not quite as insane as Snowfire or OK.
Fou-Lu (BoF4) - Durable + awesome options.

Chelle (WAXF) - Solid, crazy damage.
Bat (DDS) - Weird, but what he does is too good.
Nate (Pers) - Just barely edges out Yuri for best PC here.
Yuri Hyuga (SHs) - Lots and lots of options, all of them good, but this is a tough field.
Melfice (G2) - Near physical immunity + multi-part + speed. It adds up.
Cecilia (WA1) - Magical immunity + lots and lots of options, but is ultimately just a good spoiler.
Killer (SH3) - Another durable boss, but not enough to get higher than this. Good damage, though. Might be higher than Ceci.
Chaos (FF1) - Good resists, but he feels like a mid-range Godlike.

1. Vayne Carudas Solidor (FF12): Thinking on it... I can't not put him here. FF12 is silly about rounds and although he goes down fast he gets a lot of turns. And his paling last 2 minutes, which is... insane yes. I also can't fairly hold Bubble against him? So here he goes.
2. Fou-Lu (BoF4): Covers all his bases.
3. Profound Darkness (PS4): Durable final boss type.
4. Chelle (WA:XF): That damage and speed.... yeah.
5. Bat (DDS): Spoiling. Not sure about the speed though.
6. Melfice (G2): He's fast and evasive. His damage and durability could really stand to be better, but the speed makes the damage better and I allow multiple parts so he is decent at slugging and has a gimmick or two for PCs.
7. Yuri Hyuga (SHs): Buffing/stalling game works pretty well. He is very very fast in his transformed/buffed state, so much so that I have to respect that game a fair bit. Also the status blocking is very good as well.
8. Valvalis (FF4): Is very good at what she does, beating PCs via spoiling and status. She can even beat some bosses with the spoiling.
9. Killer (SH3): Instant Death is good to have for PCs, but he lacks the real punch for bosses/ID immunes. Having ID is very important though so he comes out better than your average slugger boss.
10. Cecilia (WA1): Walls PC magic and can buff her way out of many situations. But being sub-par for speed hurts so much in Godlike for her. Still, can handle lots of lower class slugger bosses trivially. But for example Rubicant beats her cleanly, something she shouldn't let happen as a buffer PC.
11. Chaos (FF1): Spoils physicals and elements, has decent damage and 50% ID for PCs... just lacks the real punch he needs to be good in the division? Feels kind of weird to have him here but ITD is just too mean to him.
12. Zog (BOF1): Very generic slugger boss. Plenty of PCs can beat him and he isn't so badass as to beat a majority of bosses.
13. Lugia (PKMN): I'm never sure about some Pokemon, but tank + some healing/speed/damage that isn't bad is decent.
14. Kuja (FF9): HP is too low.

Heavy:

1. Ull (VP2): Even I have to admit he is damn good.
2. Decus (SO2): He gets a lot of hype and I'm pretty sure it is well-founded. Good slugging.

3. Hugo (S3): Hugo is a fast healer with status and evade and a Yellow Scarf. This is very good. Damage is decent too, with options for manipulating it vs. healers.
4. Lloyd (LoD): Speed and damage. Nice slugging on this.
5. Songi (LoL1): A good slugger boss.
6. Seed (S2): Good damage, Silent Lake is nice for mages.... but he is really really frail. Still, damage and mage spoiling. Hard to argue with it.
7. Auron (FFX)
8. Lilka Eleniak (WA2): Reflect saves her from status while Quick and infinite healing saves her from bosses. Combine with damage that doesn't suck (S-Crest!) and she comes out pretty decent. Good boss fighter and can handle a good deal of Heavy PCs.
9. Queen Zeal (CT): Fast and durable and has an MP-busting/HP-1 gimmick with MT spoiling. Not bad at all. Oh wait the 4HKO damage problem. Yeah.
10. Evans (BoF2): Death isn't THAT bad, and he has speed and durability. Maybe I'm underselling him here but laziness.
11. Feena (G1): One shot wonder, but it is a good one shot.
12. Vayne Aurelius (MK): Overrealm -> Kill works surprisingly well.
13. Rofel Wodring (FFT): Purely a PC spoiler with breaks, but he does that well. Just... too many bosses and mages eat him for breakfast.

Godlike:

1:Profound Darkness (PS4) - Slow.  It's got PS4 boss speed, which is horrible.  But ITE ITD overkill physical gets one far in the second and third forms, as does the MT damage for getting by certain bosses.  Cancelling just adds to the pain.  The durability is insane either way, to boot.
2:Heat (DDS) - Vritra is nuts.  You need good speed to get at him through those tentacles.  Lightning weakness hurts, but he walls three (Fire, Ice, Earth) elements in turn.  Does horrible things in general to people.  Heat wins through the power of Tentacle Rape.
3:Bat (DDS) - Spoils PCs and most bosses with the deadly combination of Zotzilaha Bane and Guard.  Needs a turn to set that up, though, and he's not that good on raw durability otherwise.  Explodes to status-immunes with Earth damage available, but this is just nuts.  Fixed damage and ITD may have an argument for getting around Guard as well.
4:Yuri Hyuga (SHs) - I can't vote on SH1 Seraph, so I have to go for SH2 here.  Still, his buffing game is impressive, SH2 blockers are nice, and he has some notable damage.
5:Chaos (FF1) - FF1 bosses have problems with perfect status.  Chaos is no exception.  Furthermore, I treat Cure-4 as OPB for him.  He's got problems with ITD, to boot.  Respect generally isn't too high, though he can slug well and has good status for PC-slaying.
6:Valvalis (FF4) - Physical spoiler!  That and status kills PCs.  Bosses...which comprise most of upper Godlike...give her issues if they have ITE or magic (Most do), as do those PCs that have a way to get around both the status and evasion (Wren, for example), or can just blast her before she gets going(Rolf, Ted...pretty much anyone with respectable speed and overkill magic).
7:Zog (BOF1) - The durability is huge.  The problem is that he takes double damage from magic (making his durability fall a good deal), and relies on elements for damage.  Yeeeeeeah.

1. Fou-Lu (BoF4)
2. Vayne Carudas Solidor (FF12) - That durability is gut-wrenching.
3. Yuri Hyuga (SHs)
4. Profound Darkness (PS4) - Durability is enough to put her here.
5. Melfice (G2) - Fast, painful, and has status.
6. Nate (Pers)
7. Valvalis (FF4) - Spoils well. Even in Godlike, having staggering evasion like that is handy.
8. Chaos (FF1)
9. Killer (SH3)
10. Lugia (PKMN) - Certainly not bad, but not great in this field.
11. Zog (BoF1)
12. Kuja (FF9) - Needs something PD or Vayne could tutor him in.

HEAVY:

1. Lloyd (LoD) - Was in Godlike before, should have stayed there.
2. Ho-Oh (PKMN)
3. Hugo (S3) - Great damage, relatively fast, has Sleep.
4. Rofel Wodring (FFT) - Really good at what he does. Has status alongside the equipment breaking.
5. Albert Simon (SH1)
6. Queen Zeal (CT)
7. Feena (G1)
8. Seed (S2) - Has Silent Lake, and... kinda wishes he had better durability.
9. Auron (FF10)
10. Evans (BoF2) - Ehh...

MIDDLE:

1. Rikku (FF10) - Some kinda Godlike.
2. Alen (S1) - Being a mage in S1 will usually land you pretty far. And hey, he can take hits!
3. Neimi (FE8)
4. Crowley (Suikos) - Wants better durability. But he will fuck you up if you let him have his turn.
5. Robo (CT) - Status immune, and good damage. Speed and magic resistance hurt, though.
6. Jeane (Suikos)
7. Natalia LK Lanvaldear (TotA)
8. Vivi Ornitier (FF9) - ...well, he has FF9 equips? Would probably be a good Light.

LIGHT:

1. Karyl Sheeden(ToD)
2. Soren (FE9)
3. Orlha (CC) - These three are probably Middles.
4. Beecham (S3) - SL, healing, can take a hit. He can outlast most in this divison.
5. Spar (BoF2)
6. Futch (Suikos)
7. Lucius (FE7) - Physicals are a bit too common in Light for him to fare well. Counters get him by, though.
8. Skelly (CC)
9. Sharmista (S5)
10. Raijin (FF8) - Damage ain't great, nor is the speed, but has some immunities.

12. Black Wizard (FF1) - How he made it to the finals, and possibly champed, is beyond me.
