Yes, that's what disliking the genre does. Same reason I consider any sort of metal thoroughly unlistenable.

This is how you can get away with liberal synth work. Include real instruments. In this case a Piano Accordian lets them get away with a lot.

This song is such a bonafide example of how carnival-like David Nieve's organ can get. This is one of my favorite things about the band's music. And dear god, The Attractions were basically one of the most superbly calibrated backup bands in the early '80s.
