List of changes

CHANGES:


1. Season format has been altered to a seven week season. (Week 3 is split up)
2. We are scrapping the team match and downgrade pools for one on one matches.
3. Results page commentaries are now optional.
4. IAQ.
5. Mandated writeup length (400ish-800)
I'm going to start moving some of the old non IAQ topics about the changes to the policy board for easier access.  

Am I missing anything?

Yeah. I need to be better about putting those in the update as well, but we can do that. Djinn's got a bunch lying around to be used.
