Sulphur wins all the matches I can vote on.  Honestly, why I can absolutely see throwing it out, I'm inclined to let Sulphur keep his invincibility rocks even in the normal DL, which really puts him over the top.  Not sure I see Melfice or Emelious evade hype helping here.  Zophar and Piastol are good matches and that's about it.  Maybe Jade wins too if you ignore the invincibility rocks?  ...I think he does, actually, tanks and zaps.  But I do give Sulphur his initial invincibility so it doesn't help.

Sulphur vs. Myria - Myria1 gets outgunned (Sulphur gets the first turn and Terminate takes enough HP off), Myria3... also outslugged I think. Too much of a stat advantage.
Sulphur vs. Ryu3 - Can't nuke enough before dragons pop up. Dragons are too much for Sulphur to deal with.
Sulphur vs. Ryu4 - See above. Man, Sulphur isn't fond of this interp so much.
Sulphur vs. Yuna - So! Aeonless Yuna vs. boss. This... this gets painful, the buffing/smacking/healing chaining. Don't think Sulphur endures it well enough.

IIRC you have to attack the dead body for that.

Attacking the dead body will do it too, but if it's a big enough overkill outright that will also work; basically it's something like once a phantom reaches negative Max HP (just a guess) they disintegrate.  Attacks on dead phantoms can push them towards this but if it's not enough damage they'll just stay dead, but with more negative HP.  My recollection is that Sulphur's Omega stuff isn't good enough for the insta-overkill but Terminate generally is.
