Puny Cup Qualifying Topic #1a

Ok, moments of truth.  I'm basically stuffed with research projects this Summer.  Hence, I won't be doing a FIT this summer.  I may consider a loose old & stale vs new & untested or something...

But I really want to see  this Puny Cup idea of mine go through.  Especially with the lack of Bonus Matches of late.  I'm going to prioritize the "Bottoms".  That means that Jogurt v Cinna is guaranteed if we go for this.

I know that I said that I would handle the qualifying by List Tourney.  And we can still do that.  But I'm thinking of doing it by Survey instead.  I ask your opinions on each group of 6-12 and from your answers pick the "lucky" punies for proposal.

Which Fighter would have the best chance to win a match and which is the most fail?  (You may answer this 2-parter in list format) - My kneejerk is that Serra's probably the best one here. Though my Flonne views allow staff levels, which give her pretty good damage against most of these people. Mogu is teh failure.

Which fighter has the most interesting quirk? (And what is that quirk?) - Well... my views give ARPG ranged fighters first-turn initiative which might give Chelsea some kind of advantage here. Apart from that, Raja's the only one with much of a skillset. Though I allow Flonne to opt for Bowskills, which have some Status! Pretty straightforward group otherwise.

Which fighter would you like to fight other punies? Raja mostly. Flonne and Serra are pretty cool in this format too.

Best chance to win? Karn, he isn't a bad light. Worst is Chelsea.

Best: Arietta, is a Heavy (Hard mode hype).
Worst: Er...  Flonne, I guess.

Quirk: None really have Quirks.  Despite no PS4 I'll say Raja for Holy Word hype.

Get in fights: Mogu I guess?  Arietta & Karn are too good for Puny, the rest are fine.

Which fighter would you like to fight other punies? - Raja, because he is awesome incarnate.

Best: Karn. Fast and though underwhelming otherwise he's not terrible.
Worst: Flonne. Half average damage which she runs out of + bad durability.
Quirk: Raja, healer who is theoretically awesome once he gets going but awful pdur + speed + fire weakness.
