Jowy is well acquainted with revolutionaries and terrorists, having both been one and fought against them during his time as King of Highland, and this Takaya is as dangerous as that breed comes. While his power isn't enough to rend nations on its own, his charisma and nihilism is still quite the threat. But if Jowy knows revolutionaries, he knows the art of war even better, and his Black Sword Rune is on a different tier from Takaya's Hypnos. The so-called 'Revolver Jesus' has no defense against Hungry Friend, and with Jowy's blistering speed none of Takaya's status tricks will have a chance to work before the Black Sword strikes down another victim.
