After a handy win over the reigning champ of Light, Diego is set to take his proper place at the forefront of the various grunts and vassals of the DL by assuming the throne of Light himself! Last in his way is some fat turtle. Granted, said turtle has cannons on its back (?!?!!?), but once Diego takes to the skies, his natural evade will take over and give him the advantage. Blastoise is durable, but not as durable as a turtle should be, so Diego is in prime position to take run, nay, fly away with this one. No shell is completely impenetrable, and a spear is as good a weapon as any to pry whatever may be inside out... and what's inside may just be a Light belt!
