Nyarlathotep (Persona 2: Eternal Punishment) vs Lady (Shadow Hearts: From the New World)- Unsure. Nyalry looks great by the topic, but couldn't you also get it so that he had two elemental weaknesses? Didn't matter in the other matches, would potentiall here.

Heavy

Elliot (Legaia 2: Duel Saga) vs Grunzford (Sould Nomad & The World Eaters)- Elliot magic is ST, so Grunzford counters when using Field Tactic. Heal+Counter+Another Hit.

Middle

Nyarlathotep (Persona 2: Eternal Punishment) vs Lady (Shadow Hearts: From the New World)- Kneejerk is that while Lady's got a pretty nasty offense edge, Nyarlie is more durable and faster, so should balance out in his favor.
