Gallows may be a Baskar priest, but he's not exactly known for his saintly disposition. Wine, women and song might be much preferred to prayer, but with his ability to communicate with Guardians and his excellent magic score, he can make at least a half-way priest as well as an effective fighter. With his Aqua Wisp medium, Gallows has access to potent Ice and Water magic, as well as less potent healing. Still, with his ability to gain FP and then unleash the equivalent of a second magic genesis via summoning, even Heal has some use. Of course, he may even be able to get his hands on even more medium, making him all the scarier!
