Yeah, I have to just second everyone but Super here. It sounds like the problems involved here are work and people, which, suck as they might, you just have to deal with. Sometimes, the best thing you can do is just man the fuck up and deal with it, and exercise/diet/sleeping pattern all help with this. (Also, this would be amazingly hypocritical if I weren't calling myself out on it.)
Super, if the issue is a single person or something, then yeah, facing problems is fine. But sometimes, it's pretty much impossible to face every problem, especially when everything is becoming a problem.
On this note, I really need to man the fuck up and improve my exercise/diet/sleeping pattern. What even counts as a decent amount of exercise? I mean, I walk everywhere, but that doesn't seem like much effort to me. :v
