If you're familiar with Watchmen, The Question was the basis for Rohrshach. Although I can't vouch for what's been done with the character since then (apparently a lot if it reminds anyone of Djinn).

For those that used to watch Batman: The Animated Series, she was the more street level cop that used to get plot. During 52 she became the new Question when the old Objectivist guy died off. She is a hot lesbian detective pretty much. Good character, huge improvement over an Objectivist.

DC Animated Universe!- Got lazy, omitted a LOT of 'The' from the list.
For those that don't know, the DCAU is Batman: The Animated Series, Superman: The Animated Series, Justice League, Justice League Unlimited, and Batman Beyond, in internal chronological order. Cast is broken up by heroes, then villains, for each series.
Due to cast size, I can't guarantee there won't be double casting involved.

Batman
Robin- Tide. Went on to bigger and better things, but definitely had some kid sidekick vibes starting out.
Batgirl
Commissioner Gordon- Pyro. Upstanding and prefers to go by the book, but knows when to step aside and let the crazies handle it.
Alfred- Dhyer. Just kinda does his thing while quietly snarking from the sidelines.

Catwoman- Idun. I dunno, I can almost imagine her in the almost-but-not-quite-terrorist animal rights activist role Selina sometimes took.
Joker- Meeple. Prime lord of chaos, the evil clown of destiny.
Harley Quinn- Ciato. Perky Meeple fangirl.
Penguin- Zenny. Memorably played by Danny Devito in another continuity.
Riddler
Mr. Freeze

Superman- Andrew. His only regret is that he can't save everyone.
Lois Lane- LD. By god, she is going to get to the bottom of this, no matter HOW wreckless she has to be to do it! Yeah I got nothin'.

Lex Luthor- Grefter. Sorry I am late, I had to go put on my power suit.
Darkseid-
Brainiac- Hatbot. Absorb all data. Destroy all life. Program complete.

J'onn J'onzz- Laggy. Absurdly powerful, so the writers have him regularly fry himself on humanity's fail to keep him in check.
Flash- VSM. Could be the strongest in the League, if he weren't held back by his own irreverence and insecurities.
Hawkgirl-
Wonder Woman- Elfboy. Strongest woman in the world.
John Stewart

Green Arrow- Shale. He could pretty much be Ollie's VA in the series.
Black Canary- Tal. Let's Sing~
Huntress- Rob. Shoot first, ask questions if you miss.
Question- CK. Not cool enough for the role, but has the same tendencies to see connections everywhere.
Booster Gold- Sopko. By request~

Amanda Waller- Super. I'm not sure if I can explain it very well, but just 100% pure Super.

Old Bruce- Snow. Crotchety and believes tough love is the only love.
