I like all four of these and will be happy with any of them winning for the most part! (Well, the first two > the second two but that's not what we're votin' on.) I'll await arguments.

Style:
Mission 1 Opening (DMC3) vs Edna meets Fear (Wild ARMs XF): Latter cheats with its superior plot relevance. Top-tier matchup.
Tibarn vs Lekain (FE10) vs "I wish you would embrace God." (Grim Grimoire): Decent fight.

Humor:
Tranny Kyle (LSSSC) vs Branky is a bad boy (Suikoden III): Mel's insanity comes out of nowhere and is good stuff.
Garan's Pillow (SHC)  vs End Chapter 7 (Mana Khemia 2): Flay is superior.

RONGESS TIEM!!:
What is a Man?! (Castlevania: Symphony of the Night)  vs Shlooop (Shadow Hearts): Both wrong, but the former is funnier in its wrongness.
