Raksha's Reveal (Soul Nomad) vs. Ferid and Arshstat (Suikoden 5): Would kinda rather not spoil myself on Soul Nomad, but god I hope the latter wins. <_<
Death of Fear (Wild ARMs XF) vs. Mami and the Carronade (BoF4): Extremely tough, would be happy with either moving on. Voting for the one I personally found more emotionally affecting.

STYLE:
Cloud Backstabs Sephiroth...literally (Crisis Core) vs. Sex Talk with Dr. Kaufman  (Silent Hill: Shattered Memories)
Balthier and Fran 'I can't die, I'm the leading man!' (Final Fantasy 12) vs. Gawn Missile PAWCNH (WA4): I don't see the appeal of the former at all. Guess it's something you need to play the game for! Gawn missile pawnch is obvious.

DRAMA:
Raksha's Reveal (Soul Nomad) vs. Ferid and Arshstat (Suikoden 5) - Wow, really close. These are probably my top two favorite dramatic moments in all of gaming. Just... very well handled in both cases. Tie-breaking towards SN because it managed to have an equal amount of impact with less budget.
Death of Fear (Wild ARMs XF) vs. Mami and the Carronade (BoF4) - Another close match, but XF is kinda annoying me at the moment, so I'm biased.

STYLE:
Cloud Backstabs Sephiroth...literally (Crisis Core) vs. Sex Talk with Dr. Kaufman  (Silent Hill: Shattered Memories) - CC scene is good, but SHSM is at its best here.
Balthier and Fran 'I can't die, I'm the leading man!' (Final Fantasy 12) vs. Gawn Missile PAWCNH (WA4) - What?

HUMOR:
King's Game (Persona 4) vs. Presidental Debate (Sam and Max: Abe Lincoln Must Die!) - Sam and Max humor > most things; P4 scene just kinda pales in comparison for all that I enjoyed it in-game.
The Power's In His Beard (Tales of the Abyss) vs. Roxis CQ 4 (Mana Khemia) - Mana Khemia just does humor better than Tales does. I love bits of Tales of humor, but MK is just generally going to trump it.
