Late to the reply-party here but why not:
DLCon6 was a blast; most fun I'd had at one of these in a few years and obviously I enjoy them all enough to keep coming back, so yeah. Megaprops to Hal and Alex for being such great hosts, driving people around at ungodly hours and letting us invade your apartment (mostly in Hal's case) and permanently endanger your relationship with your downstairs neighbours.
Great to meet the new people as always. Snow translates wonderfully to in person which isn't exactly surprising but yeah. Definitely a blast to talk to. Keep being a fucking hipster gamer nerd, man. I also really enjoyed meeting VSM, and I definitely hope this was the first of many Cons for him, since he just seemed so darn happy to be there.
Others...
mc: Always wonderful to see her being so happy and generally mc-like. Couldn't really ask for better roommates than her and Dhyer; fun times were had chatting about random things.
Dhyer: Is insanely catty and awesome as always. Great to spend time with.
Cmdr: Extended LoD fangirl episode for the win. As always needs to talk more since he's so much fun when he does.
Captain K: Yeah, felt like there was less of a generation gap this time, for all that we talked only fairly briefly, mostly at breakfast that one day, and in the VP fan car.
Andy/Ashley: I wish I had more overlapping interests with these two because I think they're both extremely cool people to talk to in person. Got to do more of that this year.
Jim: Accursed Bruins fan, but still enjoyed my chances to talk with him on a few occasions.
Meeple: Is Meeple. Don't think I talked as much with him as past Cons but that makes sense seeing as we spent extra time together those times.
Shale: Neglected to play Soul Calibur with him, this sucks. Cool guy, enjoyed talking with him at the airport upon arrival.
Sopko: Provided excellent Simpsons-themed prizes for bowling. Of course I (and the rest of the men of our bowling lane) were too busy getting owned by the ladies to actually win any~
Yakko: Hey it's someone I can actually talk sports with. Also the artwork was seriously -awesome-. Electrifying!
Tai: Didn't spend as much time with him as I'd have liked, but it was great to see him doing better.
Gate: Fun guy to talk to as always. Also had fun watching him play that cheesy samurai game that I've forgotten the name of already.
Zenny: Even if he has never had respect for me, was a lot of fun to play Mega Man with, and the chat with him/VSM/Snow/Ciato late Saturday evening was certainly one of the Con highlights.
Super: The universe seemed to conspire to hate him less than in previous Cons, not sure where that good karma came from. Maybe from having to suffer through the entire Con giving him the finger at once.
Xer: Thanks for offering your help with the 360 purchases. Great to see you doing well even if we didn't spend a huge amount of time together this con.
Niu: Video games still take priority over social interaction. Part of me is amazed he keeps coming to these, but hey, he seems to have a lot of fun anyway.
Tal/Tonfa/OK/HY: Win the joint award, along with Alex, for "people I didn't spend as much time with as I'd have liked". At least we got to tell Tonfa about the worthy successor to Songi. And got to see OK play the Demon Rush. Keep that LP coming!
tl;dr You are all awesome and I can't wait for next year.
