Oh, wait, I know what happened. It's in the order of how we joined the league on Yahoo!, with the newer joins getting the higher priority.

I thought of it because normally Yahoo! gives out waiver priority in reverse pick order, such that the last person to pick gets the highest priority, and so on, but that definitely didn't match what happened here.
