*checks* Oh, I didn't realise Albel had above average pdur. Yeah, Florina does around 51.5% to average with a doubled Iron Sword, but that fails to 2HKO Albel. Well, technically using Aura Wall would let Florina complete the 2HKO due to self-damage, but we tend to ignore that self-damage for SO3 in the DL. Now that I think about it it would probably be better to consider it but lower the damage average due to it (like we do for pokemon Double-Edge, P4 physical skills, etc.) but oh god I'm far too lazy to mess around with SO3 averages today. Still, okay, match isn't a slaughter, now actually merits analysis.
Aura Wall has 5% confuse per hit per the stat topic. What I don't know is how many hits it reliably gets (I seem to recall it was less than 26 though, since I remember thinking it ended up turn 2 against those with no evade, which suggests 10-20). Florina's evade is nutty with an Iron Sword (only Legault and Lyn have more) and should roughly cut whatever that number is in half. Albel's only going to get two Aura Walls off before Florina criticals him if she goes for Killer (yes, assuming she doesn't double) and that's taking my dim view of FE crits where it's turn 4 (for a lot of people it'll be turn 3). I'd be stunned if Aura Wall weren't turn 3 at best against Florina.
Still, it's not a bad match now. Of course Albel robbed to get here so I'm not going to give him any benefit of the doubt.
