So, just to clarify, as I'm planning to purchase tickets today...

If we arrive on June 6th, we'll need to find our own way to the hotels/house/etc.? If we arrive on June 7th (1st official Con day) or June 5th, we wouldn't have to? We haven't discussed housing yet - do we need a topic for that? Some will have to stay in the hotel (in fact, a bunch!), so if anyone else is arriving on the 6th or 5th, let me know. I'm planning to come one of those days. I'd like to coordinate as best as possible

. I assume the hotels would probably be needed after the main group arrives? If I arrive on the 5th like Meeple/Gate/Scar are, will that be a logistical issue?

Yes. 5th and 7th you would be picked up from the airport, 6th you would not. Housing seems to be happening between people already but I guess I can start a topic. There shouldn't be a logistical issue if you arrive on the 5th. We'd love to have you on the Universal trip. Just try not to arrive TOO late (like, post 11:00PM) since we're leaving at around 6-6:30AM for the park.

Hmm...starting to look ahead for scheduling for me.

E3 is June 5-7. Now, any work I have for E3 I'm assuming will be done by the 7th, but there is a question of "if I do get Friday (7th) off, do I spend that day at E3, or flying to Florida?"

I don't like E3 that much, and do like DLCon quite a bit, but I also haven't been to an E3 since 2006. Decisions....
