Now that my mini-vacation is done with, I have been more focused about my health, eating and dieting plans.
No more goddies for me, at least I will attempt to avoid them at all cost.
So, I have been playing basketball a decent amount of time this year. I try to get three days dedicated to that.
My gf has also just started that gawd damn Insanity work out, and she insist that I do that along with her. Not really my thing. It's a huge pain in the ass. At least with basketball, the exercise is enjoyable. That is pure torture. But, she wants my help so what am I gonna do? I told her on days that I am not playing ball, that I would tag along.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday are my normal basketball days. I try to play for an hour or longer usually.
Tuesday and Thursday are my Insanity days.
I work tuesday-Friday at night, and on Saturdays I work in the mornings. I also just so happen to work at a gym where I have access to working out if I so choose.
Before i was doing all this cardio my work out regiment usually consisted of something that looked like this:
Tuesday: Upper Body. My idea of a super set which includes bench, pull ups, curls, and military press.
Wednesday: Running on the treadmill.
Thursday: Lower Body. This super set is calf raises, leg press, roman situps (because I need to have SOME ab workout), and a machine that works out my thighs.
Friday: Get on a bike and chat it up with the rich fogeys at my job. Fridays are usually my chill days.
Saturday: Upper Body again. Bench, curls and pullups all come back, but if I feel like it I might do abs too.

But now with all this extra crap I am doing in the morning, my body is going to need some rest. Regardless, I have been slacking as of late and I need to get my butt back in gear. I will figure something out...eventually.
