Hm. Relative speeds: (Tengaar using defensive stuff) > Jowy > Aht > White Rose > Stocke > Asellus > Tengaar
Asellus and White Rose (SaGa Frontier) vs Stocke and Aht (Radiant Historia): Tough one. Lots of revival here which makes things a bit tricky since neither team really rains down multitarget very well. Asellus can be put to sleep (turn 2), White Rose can charm people (turn... 3? Both S/A have good MDef). Not sure either of these are useful. Aht/Stocke can go for a trap-kill, preferably on Asellus, since she can OHKO Aht, but Asellus evade is pretty stupid high so that's not going to work. Basically Aht is being killed turn 1.
We go sleep -> MegaWindblast -> Stocke... heals Aht to prevent Haze-to-Wheel -> Aht dies -> MegaWindblast -> revive -> OHKO -> yeah this isn't working. Alternatively, Stocke delays his turn to revive Aht since his first turn kinda sucks anyway. However, this lets the other team combo and kill HIM, with MegaWindblast -> Lifespinkler uninterrupted. Aht gets the second turn she wants, and she's one hit from death so she can't use sleep, so she revives Stocke, and the combo repeats, killing both. Close match, though, unlike...!
Asellus and White Rose (SaGa Frontier) vs Jowy Atreides and Tengaar (Suikoden II): Jowy just one-shots both of them. There's a chance Asellus can twink for magic defence (at the cost of speed) and survive, but then Tengaar goes first as well and throws a knife at her. (Asellus evade is only turn 1 against melee.)
Stocke and Aht (Radiant Historia) vs Jowy Atreides and Tengaar (Suikoden II): Jowy misses the OHKO on Stocke, but... not sure what he does. He can resurrect Aht and then both get killed by Earthquake, he can heal and then die to the next two spells, he can attack... nothing working.
