Persona 4 vs Tactics Ogre PSP - I'm not really particularly impressed with the TO soundtrack. P4 has a really unique feel to it, and it really sets the mood of the game. Admittedly some tracks can get grating in the longer dungeons, though this is a common issue with both games.
Chrono Trigger vs Radiant Historia - Close match, giving it to the one with more than 12 tracks.

Megaman 2 vs Castlevania 2 - Vampire Killer vs. Okkusenman, you say?

Ok, these are worthy final matches here.

Persona 4 vs Tactics Ogre PSP
TO is kind of...good but not good enough.

Chrono Trigger vs Radiant Historia
So...closest match here, and probably the best.  There's a lot to consider here, and both games really do have a lot in common, themewise.  Having said that...I go with CT here.  Close.  Very close.

Chrono Trigger vs Radiant Historia
Super similar, including the similar flaw of being a wee bit too short.  Will go with CT because, while not overwhelmingly awesome at some points, it holds up on replays very well.  RH I was already sick of a few overplayed pieces just from one playthrough, for all that it's pure awesome elsewhere.
