Sanaki (10) vs Soren (9) - Hm.  Neither doubles to me, Soren kills in 4 hits, Sanaki kills in 5 assuming Flare never activates.  If Flare does activate Sanaki wins, if not, Soren wins, and Soren's Adept procrate is the same as Sanaki's Flare procrate.  Gut says that Soren is favored overall here, but this could change pending analysis.

Random side comment: Didn't matter since I was the only one who voted that way, but should have changed my Eirika / Elincia vote to Eirika with the crowd.  Didn't know / forgot that Stun chance was calculated after hit, so Eirika's evade spoils that hype.

Well...  uh...  Fire > Wind, but if Soren switches to Thunder he eats a minor speed penalty and doesn't double?  Not sure he does anyway, Sanaki's 3 speed below average and he's 1 above, but I suspect I give Sanaki a few more levels, and with her good growths that might help her more than it does the average.  From Elf's comments on Soren / Volug, Flare is more likely to kick in than FE9 Adept (and unlike FE10 Soren, FE9 Soren can't have both Flare & Adept).  They both have great resistance, but Sanaki hits harder so it matters less for her.  Though if she ends up getting doubled anyway, it probably doesn't help enough.  So leaning Soren.

What are the figures in brackets?

EDIT: Yeah, no authority hype for Sanaki.  Suspect Soren is doubling here and he has a good argument without it, so just tossing the vote in.

FE9 Adept activation rate is Skl%, same as FE10 Flare.  There's practically no difference between their skill stats.

Forged Thunder is assumed default for FE9 sages anyways, and Soren has just enough strength to use it without penalty.  If you see him as doubling he should win this easily.

The numbers in brackets are presumeably Hit/Evade after factoring in Sanaki's four authority stars.

Roy (6) vs Eirika (8): She doubles, he counters, that cancels out. Roy should win this given equal levels, but yeah I don't do that, so they probably kill in an equal number of hits with Eirika being more accurate/evasive.

Sanaki (10) vs Soren (9): I assume Random's numbers generally work for me, except I do consider authority, so I suppose there's a chance that might tip it. Lazy, will work it out later. I imagine it's still Soren's, though.

Roy (6) vs Eirika (8) - Pretty sure Lv5 Roy can win this, although it's close. He 3HKOs, he can stall long enough to get three shots off with his 75% recovery, and 20/5 Roy is sitting on 144 Hit to a 20/15 DL average of, uh, 118. (He's not game-best, but only because the Divinestone has 100 Hit and +12 Skill.) Top that off with a coinflip chance at an initiative first strike - Roy has +1 range to match Eirika's +1 move - and I believe he's got this. And I'm still inclined to think 20/5 Roy is lowish.

Granted, the temptation to decree that he's run out of weapon charges is considerable, but it sets a bad precedent. Chalk up one more win to the Sword of Heals.

Ah right, I forgot about SoS healing. I'm pretty sure I don't allow it, it consumes a more valuable resource than Elixirs which anyone can use to the same effect. Still I'd imagine Roy wins if you allow that without too much difficulty.
