The 10% regeneration isn't going to add up to much at all, it is a mere delaying tactic. Ricardo is reduced to mere physical attacks thanks to the magic damage halving. With that the speed is quite possibly an acceptable loss just to completely overpower the weak healing. It is a day where the world will not be set ablaze, but chilled to its very core. The weakness to ice will easilly make Ice Wall out damage whatever Mia's fire spells could bring to the table regardless. His guitar strings will snap, his mechanical parts will jam, his fingers will become frost bitten, his ears will fall off. Ricardo's defeat will be all-encompassing.
