Iseria Queen (VP1) vs Gawn (WA4) - I don't think Iseria can even survive -one- Gawn turn. Two? Pfffft.
X-Death (FFV) vs Oz (WoO) - um
Celes (FFVI) vs Revya (SN) - I'm sure Revya can annoy the fuck out of Celes, but everything here is evadable.
Blue (SaGa) vs Xenogears (XG) - How you beat XG: dealing 100x PC HP damage before it moves.

SRX (OG2) vs Cloud (FFVII) - SRX can last forever, but Cloud can Big Guard and own them on a double. Phoenix Final Attack guarantees Cloud sees the turns he needs.
Minato (P3) vs Brahman (DDS2) - Yay!
Yuna (FFX) vs Cake (SMRPG) - Shiva hilariously spoils Bundt. Status immunity? Ice immunity? Speed? -Healing-? Yeah. EDIT: Hmmm, actually, do they 2HKO Shiva to me? I take all timed-blockable physicals at half damage (since the timing is -crazy- easy to get for half damage). Mmmmm yeah no, and Shiva is evasive. The best bet is Drain Beam+Light Ball for a middling 3HKO to average? Yeah not really happening and Shiva is pretty damned fast. Valefor Sonic Wings should let some extra candles blow out too before Shiva comes out to play, so Yuna doesn't run out too quickly.

Kusuha (SRT OG1) vs Lulu (FFX) - Goes first, piles up Love+Zeal and For The OHKOs. She doesn't even get to play the durability game.
Lute (FE8) vs Bart (XG) - Bart gets dodged with that accuracy and dies.
Cait Sith (FFVII) vs Barret (FFVII) - Shield leads to hilarious, hilarious failure.

Orlandu (FFT) vs Ginny (WA3) - Kneejerk: Ginny can arrange to be -faster- and apply something cheesy. Don't see Mediums as breakable myself either.
Great Question (SH2) vs Lenneth (VPs) - EDIT: So they do! Yeah, turns the match around. Unless you allow superboss SO3 Lenneth or something inane.
Meliadoul (FFT) vs Adult Mags (WA4) - Um, this is a pain in the ass. Meliadoul -fails- at killing them even replacing Blood Sword with Save The Queen, but they're awful at damaging her back due to Venetian Shield, Robe of Lords and Auto-Potion. I actually suspect Meli may -fucking run out of Auto Potions here-. Try assessing how many turns it takes them to win and win candy.

Sora (KH1) vs Blue (SaGa) - lolstatus
Luc (SuikoII) vs Raquel (WA4) - Revenge Earth. How the fuck does Raquel even -damage- him outside of Poison Bite, which meets Healing Wind?
Isolde (MK1) vs Ghaleon (Lunar 1) - Probably. Timed cards are so good against Ghal.

Sephy (FFVII) vs Yu (P4) - Status cheese. Yu might win if I didn't see Seph as faster.
Clarissa (XF) vs Dr. Psyche (MMXCM) - hahahahahaha nevermind
Hilda (SH3) vs Dyce-dramelk (FFT) - I guess. I have problems seeing Dyce as even PC HP (Hilda should at least borderline OHKO with Question+Small Jug+MME), and doubles take care of Addy.

Iseria Queen (Valkyrie Profile) vs Gawn Brawdia (Wild ARMs 4): Prevents the overkill from mattering?
X-Death  (Final Fantasy V)- Tree of Mua Form vs Oz (Wizard of Oz: Beyond the Yellow Brick Road): Erm. Kills the hand, kills Oz.
Celes Cher (Final Fantasy VI)- All Magic.  Choice of Esper.  Illlumina/Paladin Shield/Minerva/Mystery Veil/Marvel Shoes/Ribbon vs Revya (Soul Nomad & The World Eaters): Army beatdowns?
Blue (SaGa Frontier) vs Xenogears (Xenogears)- Scaled to on-foot PCs.  Stomp.  Squish. Hmm. Status if nothing else? He probably just one rounds anyway.

Vayne Caridus Solidor (Final Fantasy XII) vs T260G (SaGa Frontier)- http://www.rpgdl.com/forums/index.php/topic,6162.msg147343.html#msg147343: Did that setup have any healing? Don't think so...
SRX (Super Robot Taisen: Original Generation 2)- SP Regen on all pilots.  May cast spirits preemptively before turn 1. vs Cloud Strife (Final Fantasy VII)- Phoenix+Final Attack, E.Skills.  Mystile, Ribbon.: Set up Big Guard's Haste for a Double and finish it with status from there?
Minato Arisato (Persona 3) vs Brahman (Digital Devil Saga 2): Multiple forms spoils Minato's MT OHKO-of-doom trick.
Yuna (Final Fantasy X)- First Strike weapon.  May not summon Magus Sisters. vs Bundt->Raspberry (Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars)- Full in-game mechanics, including all candles.: Maybe I'm misremembering how the candles worked?

Kusuha Mizuha (Super Robot Taisen: Original Generation)- SP Regen, SP Up +9, Prevail L9, Solar Panel  vs  Lulu (Final Fantasy X)- All Black and White Magic.: OHKOs before Lulu can go?
Lute (Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones)- Excalibur.  Maxed Con, Luck, and Speed.  vs  Bartholemew Fatima (Xenogears)- Power Crisis, LongDarkCoat, Speed Shoes.  Begins at 1 HP.: Erm... Bart uses Cologne to decrease evade then OHKOs?
Vaan (Final Fantasy XII)- All Magicks/Techniks/Augments.  May equip any storebought equipment. vs Arceus (Pokémon)
Cait Sith (Final Fantasy VII)- Sneak Attack+Shield, Master Magic+Counter, MP Up.  Mystile, Ribbon. vs Barret Wallace (Final Fantasy VII)- 4x Counter Attack, 4x HP Plus.  Missing Score.  Ribbon.: Not sure.

Cidolfas Orlandu (Final Fantasy Tactics) vs Virginia Maxwell (Wild ARMs 3)- All mediums.  May not alter mediums mid-battle.: Weapon Break? Maybe?
Seymour Guado (Final Fantasy X) vs Mia (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn)- Resolve/Adept.  May use Brave Blade and Alondite in addition to legal weapons.  May begin battle at 50% HP to activate Resolve at her discretion.: Uh... think he still gets her through that= via Firaga spam and crazy Defense. But I could be wrong. Mia's setup here is kinda nutty.
Great Question (Shadow Hearts: Covenant)- Spikes/Blood Jewel/Extreme.  Valefor Crest (Cure All, Heal), Aim Crest (Rage, Shield, Gale, Heat Edge), Melt Crest.  Free Ring Item selection. vs Lenneth Valkyrie (Valkyrie Profile Series)- Free form choice.: Not sure what the GQ twink is for damage.
Meliadoul Tingel (Final Fantasy Tactics)- Mighty Sword/Ying-Yang Magic/Attack UP/Auto-Potion/Move-MP UP, Blood Sword/Eschuteon II/Robe of Lords/Grand Helm/Cachusa.  May also use DL-legal equipment. vs Adult Mags (Wild ARMs 4): Auto-Potion works.

Sora (Kingdom Hearts) vs Blue (SaGa Frontier)- Raised as a Gunner (see Emelia for rough stats).  May not set Tower, Overdrive, or Stasis Rune. : Sora's a bitch to get around.
Luc (Suikoden II)- Cyclone, Mother Earth, Gale vs Raquel Applegate (Wild ARMs 4)- Prism Staff/Goat Doll.: That's gonna leave a mark.
Isolde Schelling (MK) vs Ghaleon (Lunar: Silver Star): Just better.
Toadstool (Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars)- Super Suit/Quartz Gem. vs Estelle Bright (Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky)- Storebought Orbment selection.  Begins with 200 SP.: I don't think she's one-rounded and that should be all she needs???

Dheginsea (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn) vs Fou-lu (Breath of Fire IV): ITD damage.
Sephiroth (Final Fantasy VII) vs Yu Narukami (P4): Don't think Yu could do anything about the Paralyze? Or maybe he had status immunity too. Hmm.
Clarissa Arwin (Wild ARMs XF)- Dandilion Shot.  Sacred Slayer OC, Enigmancer OC, Secutor OC, Elementalist EQ, Accelerator, Mag+25%, Rfx+25%.  Free equipment selection. vs Dr. Psyche (Mega Man X: Command Mission): Not sure.
Hildagard Valentine (Shadow Hearts: From the New World)- Slim Question Mask form, Magic Mind's Eye, Crucifix, Small Jug.  Begins with one stock. vs Dycedarg Beolvue->Adramelk (Final Fantasy Tactics)- Form chained as in-game.: I think Hilda but I"m not sure...

Dude, Virginia -does not have a weapon to break-.

EDIT: In that it's not an equip sense, at least. Not even sure -why- it would be relevant since I doubt she's using her physical to win there.

Also, Bart doesn't have evade-busting spells.

T260's setup regens 67 HP per round. Whether that matters or not is up for debate here.

I'd see WA3 ARMs as breakable enough, but yeah, Ginny's physical strategy is pretty worthless against Orlandu (well, any FFT shield user) anyway, it's kinda moot.

Pyro, does Soul Nomad have ITE, or some sneaky way to win that doesn't involve evasion checks?  Because Celes should have perfect MBlock with that setup.  (It's explicitly FF6 SNES rules.)

Re Vayne vs. T260, how good is 99 Saga Frontier Defense?  Depending on whether Bubble is held against Vayne, he either has a 4HKO that upgrades to a 3HKO, or a 3HKO that upgrades to a strong 2HKO.  So nothing stellar, but 67 regen is not good, so T260 needs to practically null Vayne's damage to win thanks to the invincibility palings giving Vayne way too much time.

T260G in the setup listed has about 5x average PC durability, so 67 regen actually isn't bad at all against anyone who lacks ITD (it recovers about a third of a bar of average PCHP).

Blue (SaGa) vs Xenogears (XG) - It's a shiny numbers game, but Blue's numbers are shinier than XG's.
Yuna (FFX) vs Cake (SMRPG) - Forget Shiva, I think Valefor just destroys the candle phase effortlessly.

Lute (FE8) vs Bart (XG) - Kneejerk, I would actually have to know Lute's accuracy numbers, but if he dodges one attack with Blue Cologne into Wild Smile he'd be fine.
Cait Sith (FFVII) vs Barret (FFVII) - Barret can't do jack against a staller of that level.
Orlandu (FFT) vs Ginny (WA3) - Mediums can be broken to me.
Sora (KH1) vs Blue (SaGa) - TimeEclipse.
<Eph> When Laggy was there to fuel my desire to open crates, my life was happy.  Now I'm stuck playing a shitty moba and playing Anime RPGs.

He'd have to dodge at least two. Counters and Lute wins range tiebreak along with Bart being kinda inaccurate (he overkills her so hard if he hits, but um that's better-than-Tana evade by a healthy margin). Not to mention that allowing Bart to dodge magic when he can't do so in-game is kinda lame to me, but accuracy arguments can go both ways.

Iseria Queen (VP1) vs Gawn (WA4)
X-Death (FFV) vs Oz (WoO)
Celes (FFVI) vs Revya (SN)
Blue (SaGa) vs Xenogears (XG)- XG is something like 60x PCHP.  Blue surpasses that.  Yar.

Vayne (FFXII) vs T260G (SaGa)- No vote.
SRX (OG2) vs Cloud (FFVII)- Yeah, cloud can force himself necessary turns.
Minato (P3) vs Brahman (DDS2)- Kneejerk.  Minato can't really just save back Armageddon I don't htink, at least not against Brahman.  Mmm.  I guess maybe stuff half mp cost on Helel, so he can use half his reserves to get through the first forms but... brahman's whole thing is the uberbuff, and while Minato can negate that he can't do so while maintaining offense.  And he takes way, way too long to wittle brahman down if he lets it stand.
Yuna (FFX) vs Cake (SMRPG)- Shiva hax go.

Godlike

Kusuha (SRT OG1) vs Lulu (FFX)- Mmm.  Yeah, Kusuha just going first is enough.
Lute (FE8) vs Bart (XG)
Vaan (FFXII) vs Arceus (PKMN)- No vote.
Cait Sith (FFVII) vs Barret (FFVII)- It's possible Cait can buff up to just survive Barret's counters anyway.  But more than that Barret can't do anything but attack while Cait has stuff.

Orlandu (FFT) vs Ginny (WA3)- Needs more thought
Seymour (FFX) vs Mia (FE10)- Poor Mia.
Great Question (SH2) vs Lenneth (VPs)- Need to look up those equips.
Meliadoul (FFT) vs Adult Mags (WA4)- Mel has no real means to kill things here, yeah.

Sora (KH1) vs Blue (SaGa)- TimeEclipse, bitches.
Luc (SuikoII) vs Raquel (WA4)- Revenger Earth takes out a lot of Raquel's thunder yeah.
Isolde (MK1) vs Ghaleon (Lunar 1)- Kneejerk.
Toadstool (SMRPG) vs Estelle (TitS)- Bugger.  Research required.

Dheggy (FE10) vs Fou-Lu (BoFIV)- GOLDOA WILL GROVE BITCHES.
Sephy (FFVII) vs Yu (P4)- Pretty sure all Sephy's status options are Flying, aside from his physical anyway, so... yeah, Yu has time.
Clarissa (XF) vs Dr. Psyche (MMXCM)- Also needs analysis.
Hilda (SH3) vs Dyce-dramelk (FFT)- Hum.  I think Dyce has Icewolf, so he could try to take out her twinking... but she'd just put the Small Jug on top, so he can't do enough damage to her, uh, damage to keep Adramelk from losing the damage race.

DHE: Fair enough.  (The HP amount was clearly terrible, but if the uberdefense means Vayne isn't doing more than 67 damage, then sure T260 tanks to victory.)  Checking the stat topic, Gigaflare w/Bravery up (does T260 have any way of dispelling enemy buffs?) does 3000 FF12 damage to OK's listed PC average of 4400.  Of course thanks to the existence of Bubble, I personally would call that more like a 6600 average, so ~.45 PCHP to me.  (But .68 PCHP ignoring bubble.)  There's a single shot of Teraflare to go over the top with as well but it's a fairly subtle damage boost.  Anyway, to take your comment literally, if T260 regens .33 PCHP and has an effective ~5PCHP...  that takes ~37 turns to whittle through.  And I think Bravery will have expired at some point and not sure he can recast it (usable "once" at 40% health...  once in the sense of time, or once in the sense of 1x?).  That is actually pretty close.  FF12 turn is probably ~5-7 seconds, so 2 minutes is 17-24 turns of perfect magical defense, later with 17-24 turns of perfect physical defense (can overlap the first paling for total nulling if the offense is rolling), and then finally 17-24 turns of perfect everything defense.  (If Vayne can't recast Bravery that is going to slow him down when it expires, though.  It's got a decent length but doesn't last forever.)

Iseria Queen (VP1) vs Gawn (WA4)

Godlike

Vaan (FFXII) vs Arceus (PKMN)
Okay, if Arceus chooses a weird elemental form, FF12 has an FF9-esque element nulling / halving game, so he probably wants to stick with Normal.  Anyway, I'm not really an expert on Arceus, but I think he only has 1 turn to win.  Status isn't as helpful as you might think on turn 1, since it's resisted by enemy stats and Arceus has insane stats...  but...  Vaan just casts Reverse on himself instead.  Okay it can miss but if it hits Arceus is screwed, Pokemon can't even target teammates with Recover IIRC, much less opponents, so Arceus can't heal Vaan out.  I don't see Safeguard in Arceus's list, so Vaan spams Stop until it hits, then kills Arceus.  (If he's paranoid, he can Bubble -> Damage spells on self to "heal" to try and survive an unexpected Reverse expiring, since Reverse's duration is a bit short by FF12 standards, but it's reasonably long by DL standards.)
Cait Sith (FFVII) vs Barret (FFVII)
Even with Shield, that many counterattacks is trouble, so neither ever want to attack the other.  I think this is a draw.

Seymour (FFX) vs Mia (FE10)
Great Question (SH2) vs Lenneth (VPs)
Full form choice for Lenneth?  She takes her SO3 optional boss form then, seems less headachey than thinking about Great Question.
Meliadoul (FFT) vs Adult Mags (WA4)

Toadstool (SMRPG) vs Estelle (TitS)

Dheggy (FE10) vs Fou-Lu (BoFIV)
Hilda (SH3) vs Dyce-dramelk (FFT)

Kusuha (SRT OG1) vs Lulu (FFX) - That ain't pretty.
Lute (FE8) vs Bart (XG)
Cait Sith (FFVII) vs Barret (FFVII) - sure

Orlandu (FFT) vs Ginny (WA3) - oh man medium breaking hype fuck that noise
Seymour (FFX) vs Mia (FE10) - Defense-subject physicals aren't a particularly good idea against Seymour.  Meanwhile, quadcasting is pretty great to bring against Mia.

Luc (SuikoII) vs Raquel (WA4) - dat revenge earth

Dheggy (FE10) vs Fou-Lu (BoFIV) - I think

For Estelle vs. Princess...  okay no SMRPG for me, but it's pretty well documented.  Estelle is just going to lose a long fight, Princess has better resources to spam healing forever at worst and forces Estelle to heal more often anyway when Estelle is conserving MP since Princess has a +50% damage boost with this setup.  Princess also apparently immunes all status including ID.  Estelle's one saving grace is that she forces Princess to heal very early lest she get Barrage'd out.  Sleep + Mute blockers are legal for the Trails cast, so Estelle has time.

Estelle's 200 CP Barrage does .92 PCHP by default.  Estelle will want to buff this some.  She has two options:
A) Morale + attacking to regen the lost 20 SP for a +20% Str boost, and equipping a bunch of Fire orbments
B) Equipping a super-diverse orbment set to grab Saint (+25% Strength / Defense), a spell you practically never get since you need to directly equip for it.
Going for Saint also probably denies Estelle from grabbing Shadow Spear (Princess nulls elements, so she takes the quasi-NE Time spell) although using Soul Blur isn't TOO bad a damage cut for the follow-up hit.  I'm not 100% on how good the +25% attack is...  I believe it's a bit better than that, just as Kloe's -50% attack tends to reduce damage to 1, thanks to some subtractive defense in the formula, but should test it.  Let's call it +35% attack for now.  Estelle's Shadow Spear is probably something like .25 PCHP, Soul Blur something like .21 PCHP.

Anyway, given that, Estelle can crank out .92*1.35 + .21 = 1.45 PCHP in the Saint plan, and probably about equivalent in the Morale plan.  Not enough.  However...  in a long fight, I'd be inclined to consider the effect of the rando-turn boosts.  A crit-up round is a flat +50% damage bonus, with the problem that if it comes at an inconvenient time Estelle might be forced to use a physical rather than Soul Blur for her "extra" follow-up.  You can see these coming, so Estelle will know when to buff up, and she can guaranteed steal the crit-up turn.  .92*1.35*1.5 = 1.86 PCHP, with a .16 PCHP physical follow-up (either before or after the crit-up round) for 2.04 PCHP total.  That...  might be enough, depending on just how much of a boost Super Suit gives.

Minato (P3) vs Brahman (DDS2) - Spoiled as hell. Chain boss is fantastic against Minato. (Minato needs Unshaken Will to avoid Dormina -> Eternal Rest from the second form, needs Light-immunity to avoid Hamaons in the first form, and still has to contend with buffs/debuffs/various elements with that. Just can't get the freedom to beat Brahman down.)
Yuna (FFX) vs Cake (SMRPG) - Candle supremacy. (Looking through DL-legal Aeons, none of them get Doublecast, and Shiva has the most hope of getting enough turns to shut down Bundt, which I don't see happening.)

Vaan (FFXII) vs Arceus (PKMN) - Pretty sure there's some status shenanigans available here, and Arceus doesn't get Safeguard for that first turn. Pretty sure he can't OHKO a durability-tweaked Vaan.
Cait Sith (FFVII) vs Barret (FFVII) - Chips with Gravity spells, heals away Barret's attacks. Should have enough MP for that quite comfortably.

Seymour (FFX) vs Mia (FE10) - Yeah okay.

Dheggy (FE10) vs Fou-Lu (BoFIV)
Sephy (FFVII) vs Yu (P4) - I'm sure I have voted on both of these matches before, but can't remember my votes and too lazy to math out now, so kneejerks. Edit: Okay, after reading up, the kneejerk on Fou-Lu was accurate, but reflecting physicals also negates the status with them. Okay, yeah, Yu's got the time to win this.

Yu should be by all rights slower to you (not even two SDs above average -and- you're far harsher than I am on them. If I see Sephy as faster with -my- interp on standard deviations...). Unless he OHKOs, the ten billion status Sephy gets once he's flying win the match, and Break could well do the same given a couple turns.

EDIT: The way you take P4 averages, though, a OHKO on Sephy is viable. nvm

Iseria Queen (VP1) vs Gawn (WA4): Probably kills in two shots, maybe three at most.
X-Death (FFV) vs Oz (WoO): Yeah, that's a lot of damage.
Blue (SaGa) vs Xenogears (XG): That's even more damage.

SRX (OG2) vs Cloud (FFVII): Oh yay, not having to think about SRX too hard.
Yuna (FFX) vs Cake (SMRPG): This is actually a very tricky fight for Yuna (assuming multiple parts for Bundt but I'm going to make that assumption since Bluelike). Cake does lots of damage (as in, solidly 2HKOs the two aeons fast enough to be useful here), and has sleep to get Yuna who could otherwise probably slug him down with Shell/Regen. Magus Sisters would make this a slaughter, so hilariously DL Yuna wins to me, but hey.

Godlike

Kusuha (SRT OG1) vs Lulu (FFX): Sure, I'll buy the ITE OHKO.
Lute (FE8) vs Bart (XG): Lute's evade is nutty in this setup. Bart can't do anything about that.
Cait Sith (FFVII) vs Barret (FFVII): Shield mocks Barret's set up.

Orlandu (FFT) vs Ginny (WA3): How... on earth is Orlandu breaking mediums? They're not weapons, they're not armours, and they're not accessories, since there are WA games that have all of those (and mediums separately). You're arguing they're helmets I guess? Yeah, not buying that.
Seymour (FFX) vs Mia (FE10): I could see Mia dodging the quadracast easily enough, but I'm inclined to see the non-typed Ultima as ITE at the very least, and uncounterable, so yeah. Mia wants an ITD finisher here.
Great Question (SH2) vs Lenneth (VPs): I believe Spikes do confer status immunity, actually? I assume he has some ring status she can't deal with. I give him an accuracy penalty due to The Extreme, but that may also just let him overpower.
Meliadoul (FFT) vs Adult Mags (WA4): Um yeah, not sure.

Luc (SuikoII) vs Raquel (WA4): Revenge Earth.
Isolde (MK1) vs Ghaleon (Lunar 1): Ghaleon wins this in three turns. So Isolde gets five. In that time she can do.. about 6.5 PCHP damage, eyeballing things. Ghaleon has about 4.4PCHP, but reduces magic by about 21%... yeah, not good enough, he dies. Chaos Shield is worthless here.
Toadstool (SMRPG) vs Estelle (TitS): SuperSuit/Quartz Charm just give her too large a stat edge.

Dheggy (FE10) vs Fou-Lu (BoFIV): Physical resistance.
Clarissa (XF) vs Dr. Psyche (MMXCM): You'll make a good specimen!
Hilda (SH3) vs Dyce-dramelk (FFT): Uh.

Erwin Schrödinger will kill you like a cat in a box.
Maybe.

Oh, missed chance to nom bluelike Alexia, sadface :(.

Bluelike

Iseria Queen (VP1) vs Gawn (WA4) Might actually kill her before he gets the chance to mock the glorious overkill by making it not happen.

Godlike

Vaan (FFXII) vs Arceus (PKMN) - Not thinking about FFXII related things
Cait Sith (FFVII) vs Barret (FFVII) - Sneak attack Shield is kind of ridiculous if I remember it right, Barret's setup can't do anything about it.

Orlandu (FFT) vs Ginny (WA3) - Medium breaking hype can go burn for all I care.
Seymour (FFX) vs Mia (FE10) As much as I like the Mia setup, yeeeah not happening I think.
Great Question (SH2) vs Lenneth (VPs) - Spikse + Blood Jewel is Insane defense, and yeah Great Question just kind of outclasses any of the Lenneth forms I know.
Meliadoul (FFT) vs Adult Mags (WA4)

Sephy (FFVII) vs Yu (P4) - Go ask Yoshi about my Sephiroth respect.
Hilda (SH3) vs Dyce-dramelk (FFT) - Slightly less scary then Jaochims setup but still nuts, SH Vampire Q forms alone are basically putting the chars on crack, twinked equips just make the  level of nuts go into glorious territory.

Pyro, does Soul Nomad have ITE, or some sneaky way to win that doesn't involve evasion checks?  Because Celes should have perfect MBlock with that setup.  (It's explicitly FF6 SNES rules.)

Revya can summon Archers, Schemestresses, and Dracosages, which all should have some form of ITE. Pain Rune, for certain, ignores evade. Summoning 56 of anything that can cause damage should ruin Celes' day.

Seymour (FFX) vs Mia (FE10)

Djinn, I'm voting for Vaan too, but as noted Stop isn't enough.  Its base hit rate is like 40% and it's affected by enemy stats, and Arceus's stats are insane.  Vaan needs to hit Reverse on himself, and that has a 70% hit rate or so.  After that, Arceus can't do crap to Vaan, and that should give Vaan enough time for Stop->Death or something.

Iseria Queen (VP1) vs Gawn (WA4) - Iseria Queen is probably averagish speed to me. Gawn is clearly above average (Slower than Jude/Faster than Arnaud is my experience), which means he gets a free turn, a counter, and then another turn. Even if you scale down his bullets to just half, that's ridiculous overkill.
Yuna (FFX) vs Cake (SMRPG) - This is funny. Yuna needs to score consecutive double turns with Aeons in order to get much going. The problem as NEB already noted is that the two aeons fast enough for this get 2HKO'd and Yuna herself runs the risk of getting slept.

Godlike
Lute (FE8) vs Bart (XG) - More Elf burping here.
Cait Sith (FFVII) vs Barret (FFVII) - Barret's only chance of winning this is to catch Cait with a Limit while Shield has dissipated. Cait meanwhile can chip through whatever limit range easily with Demi, then mock with Ultima. Um...yeeeeeeeah.

Orlandu (FFT) vs Ginny (WA3) - Pretty straightforward. Orlandu has to block Death or he runs the risk of getting ID'd. I also see Reset as a perfectly viable strategy, which means that Ginny can run the fight over and over again until probabilities line up to exactly what she needs. Maybe if Orlandu OHKO'd...
Seymour (FFX) vs Mia (FE10) - Sigh
Meliadoul (FFT) vs Adult Mags (WA4) - Haha, what. This is terrible. I assume Adult Mags imply the full set of 12. If its only 1, Meliadoul wins. Easy enough. One booc alone is Light. With 12 of them, this gets far more interest. Meliadoul in this set up is defensive, but has no MT and no real damage. While the boocs also can't really damage, you know what they can do? Run her out of Potions. It sounds silly, but it isn't. 12 books, each casting Quicken means the books are all now double turning consistently. Note that the books are normally average, but Melia's set up doesn't have Thief Hats, which means she's definitely below. 12 books, each double turning means that they use up 24 Potions in one consecutive chain of turns (Melia can't sneak turns in between either since all the books have the same speed). So after about 5 rounds, the books will start doing permanent damage. None of Melia's other options help her here. You could argue that Life Drain helps keep her healthy and let's her 2HKO, but the flip side is that Life Drain probably isn't HP-1 and if it's gravity, it's running into resistance, which means it can miss. Melia may be able to take down one or two, but after a very slow battle, the books will emerge victorious. Because getting a turn ratio of 24:1 right off the bat is just so promising.

Sephy (FFVII) vs Yu (P4) - Yu's big concern here is getting caught by Pale Horse, which one might see being blockable by Unshakable Will anyway. Everything else, Unshakable Will does catch and he can Salvation it off or block with Makarakan. If you don't...Yu has about 3 turns (even giving Sephy about 150% average speed), which is enough for a PC into Hassou Tobi or worse. So yeah, Sephy has his work cut out for him here.
Clarissa (XF) vs Dr. Psyche (MMXCM) - How does Clarissa stop the crazy damage from the focusing of Psyche's lasers here? That thing OHKO's above average and I feel that she has no answer for it. And Psyche is way too damn tanky for Clarissa to take out quickly.
