Godlike:

Jade (BoF1) vs Arc (AtLC)
Lavos (CT) vs Indalecio (SO2)- Lavos can't stop Indalecio from getting a post ToT turn to me, and that is death.
Ellen Kirishima (Pers) vs Feena (G1)- Walls thunder.
Kuja (FF9) vs Sephiroth (FF7)- Kuja would likely lose to a DL scaled (No invincbility) PC Sephiroth. Uh. Yeah, this is not close.

Heavy:

Aldelbert Steiner (FF9) vs Ramza Beoulve (FFT)- Fail less at the DL, Ramza.
Gala (LoL1) vs Fina (SoA)- Kneejerk disrepect for Fina's stone.
Ashley Winchester (WA2) vs Dias Flac (SO2)- EDIT: Go first, Air Slash and Double Illusion before full clip comes out.
T260G (SaGa) vs Fogel (OB)- Really close. I *think* trashcan can 3HKO Fogel with two magnifies/something else, since Magify can't miss. I'll look at this more closely later- how durable is trashcan with two guns set?

Middle:

Rand (BoF2) vs Sprigg (CC)- Fuck off Sprigg.
Gijimu (S2) vs Destin Faroda (OB)- Giji is faster and tougher, and they are comparable for damage.
Setzer Gabianni (FF6) vs  Alice Elliot (SH1)- Healer busting is what Setzer does.
Agrias Oaks (FFT) vs Rassius Luine (ToE)- Abstaining.

Light:

Meredy (ToE) vs Relm Arrowny (FF6)- Destiny is mostly earth elemental according to the stat topic.  Even if it wasn't, Relm just heals after Destiny via Gaia Gear/Earth rod and physicals Meredy to death.  Yes, the fight is that pathetic.
Riddel Viper (CC) vs Rikku (FFX)- Riddel is awful.
Brey (DQ4) vs Zieg Feld (LoD)-  Fuck this.
Nara (DQ4) vs Meg (Suikos)- SL.

Jade (BoF1) vs Arc (AtLC): goes first and smokes him like a blunt.
Lavos (CT) vs Indalecio (SO2): I have respect for Indie's HP/offense.
Ellen Kirishima (Pers) vs Feena (G1): Not sure.
Kuja (FF9) vs Sephiroth (FF7): Easy enough.

Heavy:

Aldelbert Steiner (FF9) vs Ramza Beoulve (FFT): I think Ramza can go first, 3HKO, and avoid a 2HKO? Edit: No he can not 3HKO. Nevermind.
Gala (LoL1) vs Fina (SoA): Stone? Gala may OHKO her with a summon if she was too frail... kinda doubt it though?
Ashley Winchester (WA2) vs Dias Flac (SO2): Edit: No Full Clip in the damage average for me, so Phantom Fangx3 [via Accelerator] kills Dias before he can connect his third attack. Dias probably wins if the kill point is high enough, as he has no troubles avoiding Full Clip.
T260G (SaGa) vs Fogel (OB): Better tanking, better damage, better speed. T260G belongs in Godlike and winning at that.

Middle:

Rand (BoF2) vs Sprigg (CC): Healing/durability.
Gijimu (S2) vs Destin Faroda (OB)
Setzer Gabianni (FF6) vs  Alice Elliot (SH1): I think he goes first, which should seal it?
Agrias Oaks (FFT) vs Rassius Luine (ToE): Screw Rassius.

Light:

Meredy (ToE) vs Relm Arrowny (FF6)
Riddel Viper (CC) vs Rikku (FFX): Rikku for Godlike. Use items are very good and she's extremely fast. Stone works here.
Brey (DQ4) vs Zieg Feld (LoD)
Nara (DQ4) vs Meg (Suikos)

Weirdly terrible voting for me this week.

Godlike:

Lavos (CT) vs Indalecio (SO2): Comparable durability, comparable damage overall (which is to say Indy's is better after ToT, but way worse before, and I think it balances). However, Lavos is much faster.
Kuja (FF9) vs Sephiroth (FF7): Probably OHKOs. Doesn't have to.

Heavy:

Aldelbert Steiner (FF9) vs Ramza Beoulve (FFT): Ugly.
Ashley Winchester (WA2) vs Dias Flac (SO2): Ashley is only barely below average speed, no way Dias gets in three turns before he gets two unless at least two of those are Air Slashes. Stat topic doesn't have Air Slash for some bizarre reason but I don't think that's enough to kill? Will change vote if corrected.

Middle:

Rand (BoF2) vs Sprigg (CC): Sprigg in the DL. Argh.
Setzer Gabianni (FF6) vs  Alice Elliot (SH1): Eh sure.

Light:

Riddel Viper (CC) vs Rikku (FFX): Yeah, Riddel is bad.
Brey (DQ4) vs Zieg Feld (LoD): Hits weakness! Also it's Zieg.
Nara (DQ4) vs Meg (Suikos): Silent Lake.

Godlike:
Lavos (CT) vs Indalecio (SO2) - Indy being not great before ToT tilts this.  Well that and not so much Indy respect on my end these days.
Ellen Kirishima (Pers) vs Feena (G1) - Mocks pretty much every aspect of Feena's meaningful offense.
Kuja (FF9) vs Sephiroth (FF7) - Ayup.

Heavy:

Aldelbert Steiner (FF9) vs Ramza Beoulve (FFT)
Ashley Winchester (WA2) vs Dias Flac (SO2) - Not without actual figures on Air Slash I'm not.

Middle:

Rand (BoF2) vs Sprigg (CC)
Agrias Oaks (FFT) vs Rassius Luine (ToE)

Light:

Meredy (ToE) vs Relm Arrowny (FF6)
Riddel Viper (CC) vs Rikku (FFX) - bwahahaha
Brey (DQ4) vs Zieg Feld (LoD) - Pathetic.

NEB: Ashley's problem is that with Full Clip, he only gets the FP from the beginning of the 'round' so to speak... similar issues have come up with Lufia 2 IP's with Maxim and so on.

R1 (Ashley has 43 FP):
Dias: Air Slash
Ashley: Attack ( +16 FP)
R2 (Ashley has 59+ X FP),  X is determined by 4 + damage done by Air Slash % / 2.5%, Air Slash would have to do 30% to Ashley for the 16 FP needed for Full Clip this round
Dias: Illusion
Ashley: Attack or Phantom Fang
R3: Ashley has enough FP for Full Clip but...
Dias: Illusion (KO's Ashley)

He doesn't get to use Full Clip.

I suppose Ashley can win if you give him FP from the attack even though he is slower, but that's a bit too much of a boon for the TB->CTB transition...

Ah, good point. I definitely agree with you about the FP thing. If Dias is waiting for turn 3, though, it looks like Ashley can just 3HKO him with Accelerator on the third turn using Phantom Fang each time.

Unless you do not consider Full Clip in the damage averages 3x Phantom Fang probably does not KO. FC damage is 13380, higer than the 11k I thought before.

The kill point is 6237. If you add 2800/6/3*2.5 for the Full Clip error it rises to about 6600. Phantom Fang x 3 does 7050 against someone who has about 103-104% HP. That's fatal, unless I'm missing something.

Although, for what it's worth, it sounds like Full Clip Rising Nova has accuracy issues from Gourry's notes (it'd explain the wonkiness he reported) so I'd have no problem with using Full Clip ShotWeapon as default instead, which is what Meeple did. That's still 12k, not 11k, but it means the kill point will be closer to 6400 or so. Technically the most powerful Full Clip weapon which is reliable is Phantom Fang (unshockingly) but Ashley doesn't want to mess with that one because it's also his best normal damage, and it's only 2-3% better than ShotWeapon when used with Full Clip so whatever.

Dias' defenses are also rather good, which brings his pdur up to... 113% or so, more than the 110% 3x Phantom Fangs do to the ~6412 kill point.

It would be amusing if Ashley loses the match because the move he can't use is just too darn good.

I had assumed WA2 ARMs were pseudo-ITD like WA1's. If not, then yeah, that could swing my vote.

Mm.  Does Ras have any way to deal with her evade though?  He can't really afford a miss unless the numbers are more in his favor than I think.

His HP sucks, but he really does do a number of physicals (72% physical reduction flat out, another 60% from defense)

Reid- 250 (1400)
Farah-60 (750)

This is what he did to my damage. Agrias does 152 with Rune Blade (no ice weapon here), so she doesn't even have average damage (while both Reid and Farah are above).

*maths*

Hm.  HP-optimized isn't useful for Agrias, so Ice Knight.  She deals 16.8% average damage this way through Ras' defense and resistances.  Ras I figure kills her on his fifth turn (3HKO, two misses), Agrias is slower, she has four attacks.  So I have to see his raw HP as less than 67.2% PCHP.  By my normal scaling he should be higher (a full party assault, at full damage, barely kills him, putting him around 1 PCHP), but normally I adjust down aRPG bosses due to the fluidity of turns.  There's no real math to it so um.  hm.  closer to .75% seems more accurate looking at the numbers.  Guess Ras does have it.

Does the resistance actually apply doubly like that to elemental physicals though?  Not that she wins even with the damage boost but.

You know, scratch the resist Ice part. It's 4 other elements he resists. That said, he does cut physicals by like 80%.

Ooh, right, right, Ice and Water are in fact distinct elements in both games.  But yeah, for that calculation I was using his 70% water resist instead of the slightly higher Phys resist.  Hm.  If elemental physicals do hit just their elemental resist instead of (rather than in addition to) the physical resist, and she's just hitting his defense... that raises her damage to 24% in ice Knight and she wins if his HP is anything less than PC for me.

That said now that I"m thinking on it elemental physicals probably do run into both.
