@Greftism Prover: So just how many days a week are you training now? It sounds like you got a proper personal trainer. Do you have some kind of specific goals apart from "Grind X hours a day"? Curious about the results.
In related news, I didn't sleep more than 2 hours last night and now I have 9 hours of work followed immediately by Crossfit to attend before I can sleep. I like the new jobs, but goddamn I hate getting up this early again....
