Maybe proctolinguists are illegal wherever he is and he has to go to a back-alley protolinguist who does his work with a coat hangar while high on paint thinner. That's the sad reality in many parts of the world. Add to that the fact he was just proven to be sexist, and you realize he gots problems.

Tea before bed is okay Ciatos, just gotta get the right kind (something that isn't technically a tea specifically). It is a good time to bust out the Rooibos. Drink it black without sugar and you are good .

Edit - that is stuff made without tea leaves, like Rooibos. Rooibos doesn't have caffeine in it.

A better option than drinking rooibos, which is nasty (seriously, Gref. rooibos AND lapsang souchong?) is get yourself some quality looseleaf tea and brew it a second and third time with the same leaves. the caffiene all goes out in the first brewing. Works best with green and oolong, but also works with non-flavored blacks (but not finely cut tea like English or Irish breakfast). I do this all the time so I can enjoy drinking huge quantities of tea and avoid caffeine in the evening.

So I have pissed and moaned about tired etc here all week. Got this text from my sister this afternoon.

@Greftism Prover: So just how many days a week are you training now? It sounds like you got a proper personal trainer. Do you have some kind of specific goals apart from "Grind X hours a day"? Curious about the results.

In related news, I didn't sleep more than 2 hours last night and now I have 9 hours of work followed immediately by Crossfit to attend before I can sleep. I like the new jobs, but goddamn I hate getting up this early again....
