Well, lets get our crummy playoff predictions in!
Wild Card
(5) Kansas City vs. (4) Indianapolis - KC beat Indy pretty handily in the regular season, and Indy is pretty inconsistent.
(6) San Diego vs. (3) Cincinnati - SD had trouble beating KC with 12 of their starters sitting. As long as Dalton doesn't throw 5 INTs they've got this.
(5) San Francisco vs. (4) Green Bay - NFC is much harder to call than AFC. This is a gut call more than anything else.
(6) New Orleans vs. (3) Philadelphia - Depends on the weather in Philly. Blizzard? Philly. High wind? Philly. Current forecast calls for a calm day with no rain or snow. Saints.
Divisional Round
(3) Cincinnati vs. (2) New England - Again depends on which Andy Dalton shows up, and if the relatively inexperienced New England receiver corps can step up for the playoffs. Leaning NE.
(5) Kansas City vs. (1) Denver - Call me crazy, but goddamn I think KC was close to having Denver figured out that second game. 2 INTs off Manning is a bad sign, and the offense has been playing much better.
(5) San Francisco vs. (2) Carolina - Rough game. Carolina seems to be the one to pull those out, and San Fran isn't as reliable in the clutch as they were last year.
(6) New Orleans vs. (1) Seattle - Unless the bye week really affects them, I don't see how this isn't a repeat of their regular season outing.
Championship Round
(5) Kansas City vs. (2) New England - Woof. I think nerves might finally get to NE. KC riding high off a big win over Manning the week before gives them the morale boost they need.
(2) Carolina vs. (1) Seattle - Amazing game, but homefield advantage proves too much for Carolina.
Super Bowl
(5) Kansas City vs. (1) Seattle - This could either be an amazing game or a rout. gg Seattle
