Kefka (FF6) vs Yuna (FFX)- Havoc Wing is pretty accurate.
Zophar (Lunar:EBC) vs Melfice (G2)

Heavy:

Claude (SO2)  vs Neifirst (PS2)- I think Neifirst misses the 2HKO. She still might be able to outslug Claude's healing, but she runs the risk of getting killed by two mirror slices anyway.
Geno (SMRPG) vs Shadow (FF6)- I think? Shadow's defenses are really bad.

Middle:

Mizuki (S4) vs Vivi (FF9)- Vivi is heal locked pretty hard here.
Robo (CT) vs Tiamat (FF1)- Robo Mdef.

Light:

Rude (FF7) vs Etna (Disgaea)- Donno.
Estella (S3) vs Gryz (SF2)- Gryz is about as bad a matchup for Estella as it gets.

Kefka (FF6) vs Yuna (FFX): Yeah, Havoc Wing has good accuracy. Even if you scaled it against average FF6 MBlock of ~45, it'd be 123 hit, and the most generous interaction of Yuna's evade with that is to take 68 directly off its accuracy, which still leaves 55. To win Yuna needs a further bit of help like heavy FF6 speed disrespect and/or requiring 66% accuracy to hit turn 1 with a normal physical.
Zophar (Lunar:EBC) vs Melfice (G2): Straightforward, he doesn't need Fate Storm and allowing multiple parts vs. not makes no difference.

Heavy:

Geno (SMRPG) vx Shadow (FF6): Shadow has an argument, but it relies on both Throw ignoring Geno Boost AND him being fast enough to lap Geno of the "my speed means nothing turn 2" on turn 2. I think I may buy the former, but I doubt I buy the latter.

Middle:

Mizuki (S4) vs Vivi (FF9): Super fast 2HKO is a heal lock. Vivi lacks decisive turn 1 options.
Robo (CT) vs Tiamat (FF1): Faster and should 2HKO. Resists all of Robo's damage pretty well except LASER SPIN to boot.

Light:

Rude (FF7) vs Etna (Disgaea): Not super huge Rude respect. Needs to 2HKO and not be 2HKOed (despite triggering a weak but potentially meaningful counter).
Estella (S3) vs Gryz (SF2): Resists fire so can probably win without Crash? That'd be a decent fight. Also not one that is happening.

Kefka (FF6) vs Yuna (FFX): My love for Kefka's turn 1 speed is no longer there. He'd be a nastier boss if he had that speed turn 1 for real.
Zophar (Lunar:EBC) vs Melfice (G2): This is a slaughter.

Heavy:

Claude (SO2)  vs Neifirst (PS2): No vote but Go Claude?
Geno (SMRPG) vx Shadow (FF6): Geno Boost -> OHKO? And don't get lapped turn 2. Works. Probably.

Kefka Palazzo (FF6) vs Yuna (FFX) - Sigh.
Zophar (Lunar:EBC) vs Melfice (G2) - Zophar 3HKOs! Melfice 4-3s and 4HKOs back. Sigh, EBO. One of these days I'll just play EBC.

Claude Kenni (SO2)  vs Neifirst (PS2) - Neifirst goes first! She only 3HKOs, though, and Claude 2HKOs back. He could even -dodge-, which pretty much seals the fight against her.
Geno (SMRPG) vx Shadow (FF6) - I doubt I buy even Throws bypassing Geno Boost. Super Laggy RPG demonstrates with its ITD attacks that even those get slammed by it, and I know for sure the Lagbeast didn't touch SMRPG mechanics (kinda -hard- to). Not sure how much it matters given Geno just 2HKOs first with Geno Flash -anyway- (Shadow gets 2HKOed by average magic, Geno Flash is very slightly above), so Shadow would -have- to lap the doll immediately (no dice there with my increasingly sketchy FF6 speed credit). Shadow's best shot in case Geno used Boost would be trying to slam him with Striker ID, but that's like turn four-five and Shadow gets three turns -at best- (Falchion post-Boost 4HKOs and all, Geno 2HKOs just about any way he cares about).

Mizuki (S4) vs Vivi Ornitier (FF9) - lol heal-lock
Robo (CT) vs Tiamat (FF1) - 2HKO away.

Estella (S3) vs Gryz (SF2) - Dear -god-.

Heavy:

Claude (SO2)  vs Neifirst (PS2)- Hmm, Neifirst avoids 2HKOS to me here (1.9 PC HP, so Claude doesn't flat 2HKOs her). She doesn't 2HKO Claude though. Though...given my respect for Eternal Sphere (physical recharge and stars having a bit of delay effect), I think that he can stall a few extra turns enough here.
