Futurama 2013 Season 1 Noms

So I figure I can roll the last week of the random tourney into a bonus for this, so better get nommin' yeah?  Damn straight.

I'd like everyone to nom two ranked characters and two unranked characters.  Each of these characters should be in different divisions, ie one Godlike, one Heavy, one Middle, and one Light.  Please be sure that the unranked characters are from different games.

This Heavy being the result of looking for random badassery nobody really ever thought of coming from ranked games people don't care about. Give it to S4 to hand one shot of Warlock-damage Earthquake to some nobody running off -at least- 1.3x average speed -after- factoring in the speed loss from MT magic casting. Too bad about it being Earthquake, thus owned by Relm and the entire FF9 cast.

Godlike: Asellus (SaGa Frontier) - This might be a little high for her, but...  Let's see what she can do

Heavy: Arnaud (Wild Arms 4) - :Arnaud:

Middle: Kumatora (Mother 3) - Not TOO far below average, decent status, and a 2HKO in Starstorm.

Light: Jeff (Earthbound) - While his theoretical damage is nice, it's actually (120±25%)*X, where X is the number of hits.  Multi Bottle Rockets have a max of 20 hits, but run on the formula of (2*target's speed - Jeff's speed)% for the miss percentage.  Using Pipe Dreamer's stats...  Jeff is 38 SPD to an average of 61.25 with an SD of ~21.  Anyone with ~113% average speed completely immunes said bottle rockets assuming numbers pan out right..  Not only is Jeff slow as molasses, just firing a Multi Bottle Rocket at average speed gives it a 84.5% MISS RATE, making damage from a Multi Bottle Rocket deal ~372 to average.  Probably almost spoils Raquel, and just fails at life against Jude.  While experience would probably dictate otherwise...  Enemies in Earthbound that far into the game, aside from some bosses, just fail at life.  I'm actually curious if he could go anywhere in THIS field.

Eruca did well enough in Middle to champ or at least make it to the finals several times, curious to see how much she can still spoil in Heavy.  (Weirdly enough she's also like the only one who can deal damage in this set, too.)

When an attack hits an enemy stat for defense (say, speed), that stat is assumed to hit "Average Enemy" for accuracy/damage purposes in the DL. So Jeff's MBR is not nearly that bad (same thing works for defense... "If this attack hit PC Def stats it would suck!" just doesn't fly)

Marona with no forced interps is a massive psyduck.  Pick one?  Marona who can only summon Ash, but both need to be defeated to win, is probably Godlike (since Ash himself is high-Heavy).  Marona who can summon the world, with initiative, is Uber-Godlike, just pretend she got in and stomped everything because that's obviously what would happen.

AT Reyvateils in the DL are massive psyduck and operate nothing like in-game from all reports, but I suppose you knew that already.

EDIT: Also I see Jo'ou edited in Sinspawn Ammes.  Not really rankable IMHO since he literally can't win barring bizareness.
