Maribelle (Fire Emblem: Awakening) vs Olivya Phoraena (Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together)
First off, War Cleric hype is mostly out unless Killer Axe helps because I don't think Silver Axe will break Olivya's healing, and while Maribelle might be totally unkillable, eventually all her axes break, which means she probably loses most people's tiebreaker of damage over time. However, Valkyrie Maribelle's damage, despite hitting the wrong defense, just might overwhelm Olivya's shoddy healing. It's ~.29 PCHP, which is uh a high 6HKO on Olivya. But she's not giving extra TP at least which means fewer Mother's Blessings. Meanwhile... wait, Olivya's healing is 25% of her HP, so you have to do better than 4HKO her.
Well, I'm not a huge fan of the damage-over-the-longterm interp anyway, so we're back to a draw where neither can kill the other. I might be sufficiently motivated to go create a no-Brave (+ no B-rank tome?) average, since the Brave weapons are storebought for literally one battle, and see if that ups Maribelle's damage enough to overwhelm. That seems a more interesting tiebreaker if there's any interp where one might win.
