Maxim (Lufia 2) vs Myria (BoFs)- Maxim with full spells and IPs might beat Myria 3? Uh. I have nothing here. <_<
Worker 8 (FFT) vs Royce (Lunar:SSSC)- Has a physical.
Necron (FF9) vs Ghaleon (Lunars)- Better slugger.

Heavy:

Solo (DQ4) vs Liete (G1)- Fendspell.
Luc (Suikos) vs Alena (DQ4)- Funeral Wind.  Goddamnit it Alena.
Valeria (Suikos) vs Cecilia (WA1)- Kneejerk.
Ultros (FF6) vs Augustine (S3)- Not a lot of Ultros respect.

Middle:

Ramsus (XG) vs Tifa (FF7)- Mirror Stance. IIRC FF7 limits were 255% accuracy, not ITE. Ramsus can survive an L1 easily enough for me anyway.
Milda (G1) vs Samus (S3)- Might OHKO, probably can ID at worst.
Lemina (Lunar:EBC) vs Vormav (FFT)- Think so. Expecting the board vote to go the other way.
Cait Sith (FF7) vs Nash (Lunar:SSSC)- Status. Bad draw for Cait Sith.

Light:

Aeris (FF7) vs Rena (SO2)- I don't let FF7 PC's scale limit gains at all, sooo it's a Aeris iwth like 40% of her HP left vs a silenced Rena. Pretty sure Aeris can slug past that.
Jaro (SF2) vs Jean (BoF2)
Leon (SO2) vs Amy (PS2)- Amy outpaces Leon's 'regen'. Not by a ton, but by enough to win this sad fight.
Rafa (FFT) vs Selphie (FF8)- Kneejerk.

Claude (SO2) vs Berle (SO2): Even Claude's healing is good enough to tread water against Berle.
Maxim (Lufia 2) vs Myria (BoFs): No.
Worker 8 (FFT) vs Royce (Lunar:SSSC): High 2HKO physical probably still 2HKOs Worker 8, and it doesn't even have to.
Necron (FF9) vs Ghaleon (Lunars): Not certain, but kneejerk.

Heavy:

Solo (DQ4) vs Liete (G1): Enclose. Liete can immune sleep even if Solo is faster and wants to try that as an option. Fendspell's probably better but I think Liete can close the deal with physicals? Not certain. EDIT: Doesn't matter, the speed gap is fairly large in Liete's favour, Solo's over a SD below average.
Luc (Suikos) vs Alena (DQ4): edit: oh um I dunno
Valeria (Suikos) vs Cecilia (WA1): Valeria misses a OHKO here.
Ultros (FF6) vs Augustine (S3): Faster.

Middle:

Ramsus (XG) vs Tifa (FF7): I... think? Ramsus headaches.
Milda (G1) vs Samus (S3): Heal-locks with anything.
Lemina (Lunar:EBC) vs Vormav (FFT): Lots of magic damage. My respect for a non-zodiac boss without the appropriate defence up skill late in FFT is low.
Cait Sith (FF7) vs Nash (Lunar:SSSC): Faster.

Light:

Aeris (FF7) vs Rena (SO2): edit: oh right, Aeris' L3 can't be dodged here.
Jaro (SF2) vs Jean (BoF2): um
Rafa (FFT) vs Selphie (FF8): Truth is dicy, it could land Rafa in a bad limit range. But... on average, probably not.

Claude Kenni (SO2) vs  Berle (SO2) - Um Berle 5HKOs Claude and Energy Sword of all things handles Meta-guard. Fail.
Maxim (Lufia 2) vs Myria (BoFs) - Llewelyn soliloquies.
Worker 8 (FFT) vs Royce (Lunar:SSSC) - She doesn't even get 3-2'd here (...) and 2HKOs herself. Worker isn't even coming particularly close to killing with a counter+two Works at best.
Necron (FF9) vs Ghaleon (Lunars) - sure

Solo (DQ4) vs Liete (G1) - Isn't she -faster-? Pretty sure she can close the deal post-Enclose with physicals anyway.
Luc (Suikos) vs Alena (DQ4) - EDIT: 15% crit rate? Yeah, not enough for a KO on Luc.
Valeria (Suikos) vs Cecilia Lynn Adlehyde (WA1) - Oh for. Valeria isn't even very close to OHKOing.
Ultros (FF6) vs Augustine Nabor (S3) - OHKOs.

Ramsus Kahran (XG) vs Tifa Lockheart (FF7) - Actually, I'm not entirely sure Tifa can lose here with my HP scaling. Ramsus' damage control is really bad if he goes for damage, he's slower and Mirror Stance counters are triggering L2s at the -least-, which I don't think he survives. Wow, that's embarrassing. And to super: XG techs aren't ITE either, yet they blow past Mirror Stance. Yeah, not flying.
Milda (G1) vs Samus (S3) - Yeah, lock.
Lemina Ausa (Lunar:EBC) vs Vormav Tingel (FFT) - Fuck you, EBO Lemina.
Cait Sith (FF7) vs Nash Rumack (Lunar:SSSC) - Statusier.

Aeris Gainsborough (FF7) vs Rena Lanford (SO2) - EDIT: Right, Rena chipping powers. When you can't dodge a fucking L3, you're just doing -great-.
Jaro (SF2) vs Jean (BoF2) - Christ almighty.
Leon S. Geeste (SO2) vs Amy Sage (PS2) - Dear -lord- Amy you struggle to beat Leon due to 4% regen.
