Most of those don't really belong there. Okay, the Odyssey 100/200 do "Let's re-release a 1972 console that used 1968 technology, except remove the ability to switch games, all so we can compete with the 1975 PONG!" It sounded like they were ragging on the original 1972 Odyssey too, though, which is o_O (that thing is probably #1 for biggest genius leap forward--had stuff that wasn't even copied for a decade like a Light Gun).

As for others....Channel F? Predated 2600 by a year. Wow, so they were one-upped; guess they should have seen into the future.... Vectorex? Awesome system, doesn't work well with ports, but actually lends itself to a very unique style of gameplay that other systems didn't offer. Nomad? Yakumo was using one when we picked him up from the airport for DL con (can't remember if it was 06 or 07)--clearly it's not that unusable, and the games are Genesis games therefore fine.

My guess would be that the original list was like "3D0, CDi, Virtual Boy, Sega 32X..." and the editor responded with "we've seen that list a thousand times before."

A woman roleplaying Filch, asking for five people: Harry (must bring primed Firebolt), Ron (must be red-headed w/ freckles, brings firewhisky) Malfoy (cry like a bitch on command), Remus Lupin (furry), and Dumbledore (haarudo gay; must be ready to penetrate the other four at a moment's notice).

The second part was a general list of how the evening would go down.

The final part said that if there was interest, they could draft as short stumpy person as Dobby.

It isn't Libertarian if you think the government should be the one in charge of drugs Super. The whole argument being based on personal freedoms is where it is more extreme than mine. I just think the Government controlling it (for a nominal fee with signatory disclaimer for any effects the drugs have on the person and their life) the drug market is the only truely effective way to control them and cut down on the associated criminal activities.

as for 'day-to-day' the gun might not often be discharged, but you could argue that that devices like fire extinguishers that must always be available for use might also fall in that category.
