Loki (VP1) vs Zeon (SF2)- One rounds. I'll listen to an argument that I'm underselling Loki's durability a little, but eh.
Rose (LoD) vs Ryu (BoF1)- Go first and 2HKO with his base physical.
Odd Eye (SF2) vs Genevieve (VP1)- Evasion should tip this.
Altima (FFT) vs Melfice (G2)- Better at everything but magic damage.

Heavy:

Malik Benedict (WA3) vs Demi (PS4)- Wall status.
Vahn (LoL1) vs Lin (BoF5)- ID whoring. Go away Lin.
Ramladu (SF1) vs Maxim (Lufia 2)- SF1r Ramladu is a Light.
Arngrim (VP1) vs Peter (SF2)- Peter may well survive a Final Blast. Abstain till I number crunch this.  E: Peter wins if he survives final blast or 2HKOs. I think he  manages the former.

Middle:

Garr (BoF3) vs Marivel Armitage (WA2)- Kneejerk.
Rena Lanford (SO2) vs Lucca Ashtear (CT)- Wins after a decade or so. Rena can resist fire and Chaos... well, that hurts. But unless Chaos stopped her from using magic, she should be able to outlast.
Nina (BoF4) vs Norris (CC)- his L7's physical. That combined with saving up Stamina for a healing busting combo (+being ranged physical) should be enough.  What a weird spoiler.
Wiegraf Folles (FFT) vs Balk Fenzol (FFT)- Range's a good enough tiebreak for me here.

Light:

Janus (VP1) vs Melville (S3)- Janus is a pretty inept slugger.
Melody Vilente (WA3) vs Raja (PS4)- Speaking of inept, Raja.
Hrist Valkyrie (VP1) vs Vinsfeld Rhadamanthus (WA2)- Easy. (We unranked VP1 Hrist, and then reranked her solely on VP2. That means her VP2 form isn't legal for the fight.)
Tia (Lufia 2) vsGrey (VP1)- Sleep is too unreliable and Tia's physical durability is too bad to pull this off.

Altima (FFT) vs Melfice (G2): I think she wins a slugfest.

Heavy:

Malik Benedict (WA3) vs Demi (PS4): No status and she has ways around his defensive gimmick.
Vahn (LoL1) vs Lin (BoF5): Easy breezy beautiful ID.
Ramladu (SF1) vs Maxim (Lufia 2): Ramladu overkills, but does he get a turn? Uh... sure. I'll rule in his favor since he can move.
Arngrim (VP1) vs Peter (SF2): Peter just misses the 2HKO.

Middle:

Garr (BoF3) vs Marivel Armitage (WA2): Some kind of status...
Rena Lanford (SO2) vs Lucca Ashtear (CT): Could she stop CHaos somehow? Is that an auto-win for Lucca?
Nina (BoF4) vs Norris (CC)
Wiegraf Folles (FFT) vs Balk Fenzol (FFT): Goes first.

Light:

Rose (LoD) vs Ryu (BoF1): Seen this recently.
Odd Eye (SF2) vs Genevieve (VP1): Don't think Odd Eye halving three elements quite saves him here? She has a few other things in her favour like evade and raw HP.
Altima (FFT) vs Melfice (G2): Man I dunno, and I don't care to math this out.

Heavy:

Malik Benedict (WA3) vs Demi (PS4): Haha, oh right, this was one of the DL's great all-time robs (unless you see Demi being confusable I guess). Anyway, not inclined to make that parentheticised judgement call, so ITE damage > Malik.
Ramladu (SF1) vs Maxim (Lufia 2): I think Ramladu's pretty good?
Arngrim (VP1) vs Peter (SF2): Not sure who's faster these days, but I'm confident Arngrim 2HKOs and less confident Peter does, and Arngrim even has some evade to tilt things his way. Basically Arngrim feels like a better version of the same thing.

Middle:

Garr (BoF3) vs Marivel Armitage (WA2): Surely.
Rena Lanford (SO2) vs Lucca Ashtear (CT): Lucca has enough time for a lucky chain of confuse probably.
Nina (BoF4) vs Norris (CC): Norris' techs sounded more lightning than earth. Close if they're the latter, though.
Wiegraf Folles (FFT) vs Balk Fenzol (FFT): Wiegraf is more damaging, Balk is faster and... probably more durable? I'm not sure.

Light:

Janus (VP1) vs Melville (S3): Faster... 4HKOs first? I think.
Melody Vilente (WA3) vs Raja (PS4): This takes a long time but Raja can't really break the barrier ever, I think. (Game-worst dex means he can't even hope for crits.)
Hrist Valkyrie (VP1) vs Vinsfeld Rhadamanthus (WA2): VP1? Yeah. I mean we could vote on VP2 but meh, lololol slaughter light not very interesting.
Tia (Lufia 2) vs Grey (VP1): Mostly just copying Super.

Odd Eye (SF2) vs Genevieve (VP1) - Uhhh....sure, Genevieve is basically Loki-light and I'd see Loki winning this hands down. She definitely has the concrete durability advantage here, and the damage advantage too. Sure.
Altima (FFT) vs Melfice (G2) - Melfice will very likely catch her charging if she goes for All Ultima for slugfesting. And that is bad news. My Altima respect when Grand Cross is out doesn't really check in.

Heavy:

Malik Benedict (WA3) vs Demi (PS4) - Go away Malik. And stay gone please.
Vahn (LoL1) vs Lin (BoF5) - Right, she has ID whoring. Well, that's that.
Ramladu (SF1) vs Maxim (Lufia 2) - SF1r voting, so.
Arngrim (VP1) vs Peter (SF2) - Better slugging.

Middle:

Garr (BoF3) vs Marivel Armitage (WA2) - I'm sure she has some kind of fatal status here. And she'll get time to use it because Garr speed.
Rena Lanford (SO2) vs Lucca Ashtear (CT) - I have no bloody idea.
Nina (BoF4) vs Norris (CC) - Totally did not know BoF4 counts Physical and Ranged as seperate elements. So Norris is clearly ranged here and she doesn't get to resist his damage.
Wiegraf Folles (FFT) vs Balk Fenzol (FFT) - You know what? They're both FFT. They play by FFT rules. Balk kites his sorry ass out.

Light:

Janus (VP1) vs Melville (S3) - Clearly Janus tricks Melville into putting on some fake wings to get the bird killer bonus.
Melody Vilente (WA3) vs Raja (PS4) - I'll just trust the elf on PS4 vs WA3.
Hrist Valkyrie (VP1) vs Vinsfeld Rhadamanthus (WA2) - Once again, see elf.
Tia (Lufia 2) vs Grey (VP1) - Grey is surely competent enough for this.

Loki (VP1) vs Zeon (SF2) - Zeon never sees the light of day.
Rose (LoD) vs Ryu (BoF1) - Ryu's physical is actually weirdly decent.
Odd Eye (SF2) vs Genevieve (VP1) - Odd Eye doesn't get a second turn either. The HP is sorta not great and the elem resist doesn't really mitigate Indisc enough. Nevermind Contaminate Energy might well OHKO.
Altima (FFT) vs Melfice (G2) - wtf is this shit no

Malik Bendict (WA3) vs Demi (PS4) - Sure.
Ramladu (SF1) vs Maxim (Lufia 2) - Isn't OHKOed, 2HKOs very easily and laps Maxim. G'bye.
Arngrim (VP1) vs Peter (SF2) - uuuuh sure

Garr (BoF3) vs Marivel Armitage (WA2) - Garr damage sucks and he's considerably slower along with being unable to immune outright any of the status Marivel sports. Yeah no.
Rena Lanford (SO2) vs Lucca Ashtear (CT) - 50% Confuse would be better if Rena wasn't faster, and both Confuse and Sleep get undone by -any- damage, and any good Lucca offense is getting halved by SO2 equipment nonsense. I'd certainly consider Lucca if she had as much as, say, 5% HP regen, but every ounce of damage Rena deals sticks.
Nina Wyndia (BoF4) vs Norris (CC) - Honestly don't think it matters that Norris heal-locks with a physical chain. 25% evade against the physicals mean he's likely not landing, say, a crit on time, Nina is just so fast and has easy 4-3s on him. He'd need to one-chain Nina and Nina is -not- 45% or less for pdur without phys resist.
Wiegraf Folles (FFT) vs Balk Fenzol (FFT) - Actually, wait, no. Wiegraf probably misses the OHKO. Since Balk 2HKOs himself and goes first...

Janus (VP1) vs Melville (S3) - uhhhh sure? POIZN IMMUNITY clinches this!
Melody Vilente (WA3) vs Raja (PS4) - tink tink tink
Hrist Valkyrie (VP1) vs Vinsfeld Rhadamanthus (WA2) - urrrrrrrgh
