Rena Lanford (SO2) vs Lucca Ashtear (CT)- Wins after a decade or so. Rena can resist fire and Chaos... well, that hurts. But unless Chaos stopped her from using magic, she should be able to outlast.
Nina (BoF4) vs Norris (CC)- his L7's physical. That combined with saving up Stamina for a healing busting combo (+being ranged physical) should be enough.  What a weird spoiler.
Wiegraf Folles (FFT) vs Balk Fenzol (FFT)- Range's a good enough tiebreak for me here.

Janus (VP1) vs Melville (S3)- Janus is a pretty inept slugger.
Melody Vilente (WA3) vs Raja (PS4)- Speaking of inept, Raja.
Hrist Valkyrie (VP1) vs Vinsfeld Rhadamanthus (WA2)- Easy. (We unranked VP1 Hrist, and then reranked her solely on VP2. That means her VP2 form isn't legal for the fight.)
Tia (Lufia 2) vsGrey (VP1)- Sleep is too unreliable and Tia's physical durability is too bad to pull this off.

Arngrim (VP1) vs Peter (SF2): Not sure who's faster these days, but I'm confident Arngrim 2HKOs and less confident Peter does, and Arngrim even has some evade to tilt things his way. Basically Arngrim feels like a better version of the same thing.

Middle:

Garr (BoF3) vs Marivel Armitage (WA2): Surely.
Rena Lanford (SO2) vs Lucca Ashtear (CT): Lucca has enough time for a lucky chain of confuse probably.
Nina (BoF4) vs Norris (CC): Norris' techs sounded more lightning than earth. Close if they're the latter, though.
Wiegraf Folles (FFT) vs Balk Fenzol (FFT): Wiegraf is more damaging, Balk is faster and... probably more durable? I'm not sure.

Garr (BoF3) vs Marivel Armitage (WA2) - Garr damage sucks and he's considerably slower along with being unable to immune outright any of the status Marivel sports. Yeah no.
Rena Lanford (SO2) vs Lucca Ashtear (CT) - 50% Confuse would be better if Rena wasn't faster, and both Confuse and Sleep get undone by -any- damage, and any good Lucca offense is getting halved by SO2 equipment nonsense. I'd certainly consider Lucca if she had as much as, say, 5% HP regen, but every ounce of damage Rena deals sticks.
Nina Wyndia (BoF4) vs Norris (CC) - Honestly don't think it matters that Norris heal-locks with a physical chain. 25% evade against the physicals mean he's likely not landing, say, a crit on time, Nina is just so fast and has easy 4-3s on him. He'd need to one-chain Nina and Nina is -not- 45% or less for pdur without phys resist.
Wiegraf Folles (FFT) vs Balk Fenzol (FFT) - Actually, wait, no. Wiegraf probably misses the OHKO. Since Balk 2HKOs himself and goes first...
