Status Symbol Law - Team is fully status, debuff and ID immune, but has damage done to them increased by 1.1x and damage done by them decreased to .9x.

Speed? - The effective speed of one character is set to 120% (1.2x) average speed. This number may be further increased by Haste effects.

Firefly - The first attack of each enemy will be redirected at the bearer of this sealstone. Multitarget and status moves are not affected, however status attached to damage is.

Team Pyro | Rikku, Ryu2, Lilka, FFT Chemist, and Rand (Firefly)
[Floor 1: Starting off Again (Beginning of the game)]
Team Pyro vs. Big Joe, Evil Gaia, 10 Jogurts, VP1 Hrist, Euram Barrows, Gobi, Sinspawn Ammes, Garland and Igglanova (PS4): Grenades
Team Pyro vs. Cecil, Cid and Rosa: Rosa dies to a blitz and cleanup shouldn't be hard.
Team Pyro vs. Augus and Joker (BoF2): Rand's Firefly helps out here. Joker goes down and then Augus follows.

Team Dhyer | Cecilia, Alys, Terra , Ronfar, Jean(Lunar) (Speed?)
[Floor 1: Starting off Again (Beginning of the game)]
Team Dhyer vs. Big Joe, Evil Gaia, 10 Jogurts, VP1 Hrist, Euram Barrows, Gobi, Sinspawn Ammes, Garland and Igglanova (PS4): Terra has MT.
Team Dhyer vs. Cecil, Cid and Rosa: Alys and Jean kill Rosa? Sounds plausible enough at this point...
Team Dhyer vs. Augus and Joker (BoF2): The team has enough healing.

Dhyer and Pyro pass, both have very competent floor 1 options.  Abstain on team Random, will have to do some research on Ranyie.

Team Random | Yuri2, Hilda, FFT Chemist, Raquel (Speed?), Raynie
Floor 5b: A Less Fair Fight
*Enemies on this floor have 1.5x Health
Team Random vs. Marcello & Evil Jessica- They can't kill Raquel in a turn and cast WoI the same turn. They very different speeds, so there will be healing in the middle from Yuri 2.
Team Random vs. Empyrea- People really not scared of Empyrea: Raquel, multiple revivers.
Team Random vs. Rhapthorne & Dhoulmagus 2- So...Rhapthorne is probably a tad below average speed. There's a flat out chance that Hilda will go in between two of his turns and heal. Yuri will use an MT buff (so if they want to WoI away, less damage is done). Raquel halves Rhapthorne's big move and Red Zone is potentially big thing here.

Pyro and I pass. I forgot to note who gets Speed?, but I don't think it matters much (Terra though, for even more assurance of Rosa getting ganked).

Team Random | Yuri2, Hilda, FFT Chemist, Raquel (Speed?), Raynie
Floor 5b: A Less Fair Fight
*Enemies on this floor have 1.5x Health
Team Random vs. Marcello & Evil Jessica
Marcello has 43% MT damage (once/round), can use his other turn to do 36% ST damage or MT Dispel.
Jess has two actions... 25% MT damage, 45% ST damage, and 67% MT Sleep. Sleep isn't much of a threat here.

Yuri2, Hilda, and Chemist all have revival. No one has MT healing...  That's really really bad.

Turn order will be... Raquel -> Marcello -> Yuri ->Raynie->Chem->Jess->Hilda

With the 1.5x health the team will be unable to KO anyone in a single round? Maybe Marcello if everyone focuses on offense except Chemist and they get him before his 2nd turn? Then Jess will get another turn for sure and wipe folks. I'm not sure about this one, as it seems unlikely the team can handle it in the face of an MT blitz with no MT healing.

Team Random vs. Empyrea: Empyerea isn't problematic. No real MT threat.
Team Random vs. Rhapthorne & Dhoulmagus 2: Edit: Abstain because it depends on where HIlda's turns fall.

Since Marcello can only do 43% MT, Chemist patches up Raquel and Yuri patches up himself (not to mention that Auto Potion probably means that Chemist is healed anyways). They shouldn't really have problems with 3 people likely at full or near full.

Just Raquel won't be enough offense to finish it fast though, and Raquel's mdur (no Lone Wolf) makes it questionable if she'll manage between Chemist heals. And anyone not being healed goes down fast. It's the persistent nuisance of MT on enemies in RPGs.

The real kicker is the last fight, which is just utterly nasty.

There's a few ways it could go
Marcello kills Raquel. Yuri heals himself, Chemist heals Hilda, Jessica scares no one here, Hilda revives Raquel with awesome SH 3 revival and the turn doesn't even change.

or

Marcello misses killing Raquel, Red Zone is activated.

or

Marcello aims at Hilda, but then Chemist heals Hilda and Hilda just MT heals (which she should get on this floor. There are three mandatory dungeons including the final one after obtaining this, let alone the 4 or so sidequest dungeons).
...into the nightfall.

Full Bloom is After Salt Lake, which  only leaves Garland residence and The final dungeon.

I'm not sure how to add optional stuff to it. That'd probably make it F5 since SH optional stuff is like 02 floors in and of itself in volume <_<

Full Bloom would probably swing it since full MT healing is hard to argue with.  What do others think?

Edit:

So optional content, if it's assumed to be done by endgame (which we generally do assume for DL purposes) is then taken into the full length of the game to be sliced into 1/7ths. If that is the case then 5/7ths into SH3 should probably land Hilda Full Bloom.

But thinking on it I am a little concerned the team might still lose. Hilda will probably be KO'd by the MT Onslaught, which will require plentiful fire res to survive.  I suppose it would depend on where her turn falls.

So a switch to "Abstain" works.
