Team Pyro | Rikku, Ryu2, Lilka, FFT Chemist, and Rand (Firefly)
Floor 2a: Adventuring (Earlygame)
Yay Ryu2 has dragons. Granted Tier 1 is ST, but still overkills. Mix or Chemist can refresh his MP?

Team Pyro vs. Alex, Kyle and Luna: Ryu2 fries Luna, Alex gets one RDA off and then dies to like 3x Rikku attacks, 1x Ryu2 attacks, 2x Rand turns (Quick), and maybe 1x Chemist attacks. Kyle flails helplessly at Rand before being faced down with a full team. If the team doesn't want to use Dragons then Rikku Grenades + Ryu2 + Lilka KO Luna, Chemist heals Rand. Rand and Rikku focus fire on Alex, and Ryu2/Rikku/Lilka (Quick Rand) finish him off before his second turn. Then Kyle dies.
Team Pyro vs. Jack, Cecilia and Rudy(WA:ACF): Ceci dies round 1 before she does anything. Rudy and Jack are distracted by Firefly Rand round 1. Round 2 sees Rudy dying followed by Jack. Rikku probably gets 4 turns before Rudy's second.
Team Pyro vs. Colm, Jaffar and Matthew: Rand is their forced target, and in the interim they get picked off by uncounterable and ITE(?) stuff.
Team Pyro vs. Killey (S2) and Lorelai (S5): Killey is dragon'd and Lorelai is similarly distracted by Firefly Rand. Will require healing up afterwards if Killey is getting a turn.
Team Pyro vs. Boss Zed and Boomerang 2 (ACF):  Both are ST, so time exists to smash Zed in the face and Boomerang isn't winning alone.

Team Dhyer | Cecilia (Speed?), Alys, Terra , Ronfar, Jean(Lunar)
Floor 2a: Adventuring (Earlygame)
What does Ceci do floor 2? Looks like Prison, Reflect, Revive, heal... nasty. But does anyone else in the team have revival?
Team Dhyer vs. Alex, Kyle and Luna: Alys Death's Alex and Luna never sees a turn.
Team Dhyer vs. Jack, Cecilia and Rudy(WA:ACF): Ceci gets Death'd and Rudy never sees a turn.
Team Dhyer vs. Colm, Jaffar and Matthew: Jean status is helpful here. Other than that Saner, magic damage, prison are all brutal  to these guys.
Team Dhyer vs. Killey (S2) and Lorelai (S5): Death or Prison Killey, collect victory.
Team Dhyer vs. Boss Zed and Boomerang 2 (ACF): Does anyone other than Ceci have revive? Edit: I suppose it doesn't matter. The team KOs Zed and then Boomerang sure as shit ain't winning by himself.

Terra learns Raise at level 18, and Ronfar learns Revive Litany at level 21. Both seem a little high for floor 2, as a gut reaction. No clue if Alys has any.

Team Dhyer | Cecilia (Speed?), Alys, Terra , Ronfar, Jean(Lunar)
Floor 2a: Adventuring (Earlygame)
Team Dhyer vs. Alex, Kyle and Luna- Prison, use a shot of ID if needed
Team Dhyer vs. Jack, Cecilia and Rudy(WA:ACF)-Prison
Team Dhyer vs. Colm, Jaffar and Matthew- Saner works well here
Team Dhyer vs. Killey (S2) and Lorelai (S5)- Status
Team Dhyer vs. Boss Zed and Boomerang 2 (ACF)- Zed and Boomerang go first and kill Cecilia, and yeah, that probably kills the revival. However, even assuming that Saner doesn't completely neuter the enemies some afterwards (which I'm iffy on myself). Now...Zed is basically at PC HP, so they shouldn't have too much issue killing him though between Terra, Alys and Jean (Terra kind of goes up and down, Alys is a hair below average, Jean should be solid. And hey, Ronfar's damage isn't going to be a failtastic). Hard to imagine that the 4 of them can't get him out. Alternately, Alys can cast Saner, and then Jean and Alys will act before them next turn probably and that puts them over the top. Boomerang alone is not scary with 2 remaining healers.
...into the nightfall.

Pyro & Dhyer pass.

Team Random | Yuri2, Hilda, FFT Chemist, Raquel (Speed?), Raynie
Floor 6a: Underachievers
**The first four fights take 25% reduced damage.
Team Random vs. Viola, Heiss and Hugo (RH)
Wow, either all or almost all of Random's team blocks paralysis, and Fear isn't too huge a deal - kill Hugo, then Ether spam the MP back.  So...  instead they'll all spam their MT damage, which together somehow still doesn't add up to a OHKO I don't think...  okay, this can get dicy with the poor MT healing on Random's team, and Dragon Edge is nerfed by the floor, and Viola's MT is unusually speedy.  And they can't rushdown easily here, either.  Oh wait Hilda DOES have MT healing, and Yuri can throw up Arc Barrier.  Never mind, that leaves the MP-kill Fear strategy, and I don't think that's a winning one - by the time Team Random runs out of MP, Hugo should be dead and the team can repair the damage.
Team Random vs. Berserk, Alhazad, Lady Harken and Boomerang (WA:ACF)
Came up in chat, but...
A) Does Berserk-4 open the fight with Taunt in-game?  (Elf clearly doesn't hold him to that if so, but I probably would.)
B) If not, the fight should probably be locked to Berserk-5, as he's got a MT OHKO off Jack-level speed thanks to speed-doubling off Berserk-4.

Team Snowfire | Yuri2 (as Trode), Guv, Yangus, Jessica, Angelo (SSL)
[Floor 4a: Diff'rent Strokes]
Team Snowfire vs. Lucia, Gywn, Ramus, Luna, Laike and Tempest
Angelo uses Kathwack (50% MT ID).  Laike immunes it but nobody else (EDIT: Or not even Laike?).  Mopping up the survivors after half their team is struck down should be pretty easy.
Team Snowfire vs. Kyra, Hahn and Demi
Kyra & Demi nearly have a MT OHKO post-SSL that can't even be reflected by Bounce.  WTF.  However, according to Elf's list of status blockers, only Demi immunes Death, and Psy Shields don't help otherwise?  Jessica casts Accelerate, Angelo goes gambling with Kathwack vs. Hahn & Kyra.  He probably hits one on average, and if so the fight is in the bag.... but let's assume it's a giant whiff.  The team gets owned hard, and Jessica & Angelo die while everyone else is in horrific agony (although Guv's Lightning resistance helps).  Yuri2 & Guv murder Hahn, he's pretty fragile even despite the SSL damage penalty, and Yangus goes to work on Kyra.  Next round, thanks to Accelerate, my team goes first, and Yangus & Yuri2 should surely be able to finish a 3HKO of Kyra, and Guv uses Omniheal.  Demi isn't winning alone, and Yuri can heal the team back up.
If you disrespect the Hahn 2HKO for some reason, Guv can blow the Omniheal early, of course.  If the PS4 team goes for some kind of buffing game, Accelerate + Kathwack spam put an end to that.  And of course the usual PS4 ID blitz is out thanks to SSL.

Team Snowfire vs. Albel, Adray, Noel, Precis and Chisato
Just an ugly slugfest.  From the stat topic before SSL damage boost:
Albel & Adray: ~.30 PCHP depending on averages, Adray has powerful MT healing
Noel: Slooooow .16 PCHP MT damage, utility
Precis & Chisato: .45 PCHP, .50 PCHP beatdown

Damage will just get healed away by Adray, so...  Accelerate by Jessica, Dazzle by Angelo on Precis, & Arc Shield by Yuri2.  Note that Dazzle is GT 80% Blind, so if you see characters in groups, it might hit more, but probably not.  With Precis likely blinded, that means team Star Ocean can basically kill 1 target of their choice through Arc Shield, which I don't think is enough.  My entire team will go first round 2 and can murder key targets like Adray without letting healing get in the way as well as heal up, pretty sure I can lose any 1 character and be fine.  Also, Pyro reminded me that UNDERPANTS DANCE exists for Yangus in situations like this where there's lots of scrubs around - it's 50% MT turn skip.  Since it's not like Yangus's turns are very useful, denying enemy turns is a pretty good trade.

Team Snowfire vs. Palom, Porom, Tellah, Fusoya and Yang
Team Status Whore vs. Status Symbol Law.  Just kill them.

Team Snowfire vs. Worker 8, FFT Cloud, Beowulf, Olan and Alma
Team Status Whore vs. Status Symbol Law, part 2.  Olan / Cloud / Beowulf suck now, although I guess Beowulf can still uh get some drain hype going.  Kill Alma, should be easy after that.

I think I pass, although the Star Ocean fight is reasonably close.

Laike immunes it

Just for the record, he does not. There is no PC-side ID immunity in Lunar SSSC/EBC (not sure about other versions).

Team Random | Yuri2, Hilda, FFT Chemist, Raquel (Speed?), Raynie
Floor 6a: Underachievers
**The first four fights take 25% reduced damage.
Team Random vs. Viola, Heiss and Hugo (RH): The enemy team can spam status but Random's blocker options are excellent. Also Raquel has Rapid Attack now? With (Speed?) that's going to be nutters. Nearly 200% speed Raquel. With buffs from Hilda/Yuri? Hilda's full MT healing may see play here.
Team Random vs. Berserk, Alhazad, Lady Harken and Boomerang (WA:ACF): Boomerang has a turn cancel. He nails Yuri with it and Raquel/Raynie must KO Berserk. That leaves Alhazad and Harken to MT 95% PCHP damage with her Burst attack, and then Boomerang cancels a turn of one of the 3 survivors and there isn't anything they can do to recover.

Team Snowfire | Yuri2 (as Trode), Guv, Yangus, Jessica, Angelo (SSL)

Team Snowfire vs. Lucia, Gywn, Ramus, Luna, Laike and Tempest: Kathwack hype? Biggest threat is Luna with the MT 80% sleep. She doesn't live to get that off for sure. Laike will fall to Kathwack or Thwack.

Team Snowfire vs. Kyra, Hahn and Demi:  Yikes. Still Snowfire had a good description of the way this goes down. Either Katwhack works out or the team emergency-heals.

Team Snowfire vs. Albel, Adray, Noel, Precis and Chisato: Kathwack works on the SO2 folk, no? Beyond that the team wants to KO Adray. Albel's status whoring is not scary.

Team Snowfire vs. Palom, Porom, Tellah, Fusoya and Yang: The team may have problems in terms of damage from these guys. But everyone not Yang is slow, so no need to bother with Accelerate. Not bad. Also ID vulnerability again.

Team Snowfire vs. Worker 8, FFT Cloud, Beowulf, Olan and Alma: Without status the team still has damage. W8 hurts things pretty dang bad but is slow. Cloud hits pretty hard. Alma has Ultima to throw around, Beowulf and Olan can just smack things. Still should be able to win?

Speed(?) sealstone sets speed to 120% average, but allows for modifications beyond there.

You're thinking Neo-Speed, which sets speed to 1.2x what you were before and disables speed alteration.

Abstain on Random/Pyro/Dhyer due to RH/ACF. May vote later if the matches are close.

Pass to snowfire. I think underwear dance slows down down team SO just enough. Precis/Chisato beat out Angelo and immediately kill him which is bad, but they can't really follow up any kind of blitz due to Yangus slowing things down with said dance.

Speed? - The effective speed of one character is set to 120% (1.2x) average speed. This may not be changed by any effects except ones that reduce speed.

Neo Speed - The effective speed of one character is increased by 20% and increases by 20% each time that character takes a turn, this effect caps at 200% base speed. The speed of this character cannot be increased in any way, nor can this character grant or be granted turns via any manner. If the character dies the speed is removed and cannot be regained.

They both seem to block effects that boost speed, unless either A) Rapid Attack doesn't necessarily grant bonus speed, and just grants bonus CT or something, or B) I'm looking at an old Sealstone list.

Team Random | Yuri2, Hilda, FFT Chemist, Raquel (Speed?), Raynie
Floor 6a: Underachievers
**The first four fights take 25% reduced damage.
Team Random vs. Viola, Heiss and Hugo (RH)- Is Divine Protection self cast only? Not like it really matters at all here I guess.
Team Random vs. Berserk, Alhazad, Lady Harken and Boomerang (WA:ACF)
Berserk- 1.4 PC HP, slow, 3x to Lightning, 92% MT physical, 40% chance to Counter damage with about 70% damage
Alhazad- .71 PC HP, slow, 3x from Earth, arguably starts with immunity to ST damage (not...all that big a deal here), 38% MT Magic, Arguable MT Revival
Harken- 1.22 PC HP, FAAAAAST, 3x to Ice, 42% MT Physical, 17% ST Physical which then takes missing HP from allies, HP based ST limit physical
Boomerang- .8 PC HP, 3x to Lightning, FAASST, ST Turn Cancel Spammer, Arguable ST revival, 68% ST

Harken>Raquel>Boomerang>Chemist>Yuri~Raynie>Hilda>Berserk~Alhazad
Harken opens with the MT. Raquel hits Boomerang. Boomerang cancels Raquel's turn (follow up turn from fast rapid attack; she evades turn 2 to me). Yuri drains Berserk, Raynie can unleash hell on Berserk, Hilda can finish off Boomerang. But then Alhazad MTs and Harken MTs...with the missing HP move. So Alhazad does 38% to someone. Harken then does 17% to someone, and then 55% to everyone else, totaling 93%! Raquel and Raynie are dead. Harken probably targetted Hilda.

So at least point, the turn order is probably Yuri->Chemist->Hilda->Alhazad (With recharge times in there, Yuri is not going to get a 3-2)->Harken->Yuri.

If Yuri and Hilda full revive, then Chemist can only heal 1 person moderately (which probably has to be Hilda, as she's taken 55% damage. Alhazad will then do 38% more to her, and then Harken would do another 17% and then unleash MT OHKO on everyone else). But then..Harken will target Yuri, and the effect will be much the same.

Oh boy, this is a messy thing. Gut is trouble getting out of this one.

Team Random vs. Kuwadora, Habaruku, Aruhamel and Barubary (BoF2)- Anyone sans Raquel coming in with damage here is OHKOed likely by Kuwadora. Aruhamel isn't much on damage, but...delete last 2 spells learned? Hilda's revival and healing are the last two learned. Haba and Baru are there for combining for MT OHKO damage. Uh...this fight isn't bad if it wasn't coming in on the fail end of last fight.
Team Random vs. Samille, El Jackson, Rupert (XF) and WA4 Tony
Team Random vs. Cid Raines and Barthandelus (FF13)

Open to arguments here, but man that second fight.
...into the nightfall.

Even if Viola could, it's not really a winning play anyway.

For the ACF fight: Glad I didn't look too closely.  Oof, missed that Harken move that slaughters everyone if one person is hurt.  That said, surely Raynie OHKO Berserk-5 with a 3x weakness, even if he's seen as 1.4x PCHP?  All she needs is ever so slighly above-average damage off G-Thunder, which she has at endgame, and probably has more solidly on F6.  That frees Yuri up to punch Boomerang and kill him, and Hilda can then heal to undo Harken's MT...  Alhazad MT -> Burst Break is still horrible, but it just eats up another Hilda heal before Harken get an extra turn, I think.  Still a nasty fight, if the team doesn't kill Boomerang & Berserk ASAP AND heal off Harken's opening MT they die horribly.

Yeah, this should work. The cavaet is...I think that this changes both PC and enemy AI around. Now Boomerang targets Raynie. Raquel gets 2 turns, but Raynie was doing more in 1 to Berserk than Raquel in 2 (Granted, my endgame Raquel damage respect is a lot lower thanks to what Rapid Attack does to the averages). Will need to rerun the scenario later.

You forgot the floor penalty... Every foe is 33% more durable.

turn cancel target has to be Yuri. otherwise he Arc gales and Harken gets lapped by everyone and suddenly the team has an easy win.

But yeah Raquel has to open by hitting Berserk. then boomy cancels Yuri's turn, Raynie MUST finish off Berserk, and Hilda has to heal. Alhazad + Harken get turns and things fall apart.

As for the BOF2 fight. I assumed Aruhamel would get 1 turn, and that he might not get Hilda's heal since it is kind of random and does not affect specials in BoF2, just spells. so maybe it would get a buff or something.

Even with Technical Ring (and I go by normal), that still is not enough to lap Harken (and especially since I have a lower TB turn respect). Harken is like 125% speed, but everyone sans Raquel is hovering around the 100% range. One turn at 100% and one turn at 142% shouldn't lap 125% on turn 2 (and it less so going by Gale being 136% for me). It might help for Raquel to squeeze a third turn out, but that doesn't really help against Harken.
...into the nightfall.

The hell, Dhyer? your own topic indicates Gale Lucia is 195% speed. Gale is a lot better than. it says on the tin, according to your SH2 topic.
