DLCon 9: Lodging

Posting this so plans can start to be made. I have one guest room and a couple of couches that people can crash on, plus floor space if that becomes necessary. Otherwise, there are a bunch of hotels in the area, viewable through this link.

Hotel rooms:
Best Western Sterling: Gate, Tal, OK, NotMiki, Aziraphale
Undisclosed Location: Meeple, Ciato, Elf

Staying with me: Gate (Wednesday night only), Tal (Wednesday night only) Niu, Tonfa, Super (potentially)

I have a reservation at the Best Western Dulles Airport. Usual thing of willing to take up to 3 other folks in the room, let me know if you want to claim a spot. If we get 4 people in, it's ~70 each for the stay. I have the hotel from the 10th, 11th and 12th, checkout on the 13th.

Ciato, Elfboy and myself have our rooms worked out except for the last day; we'll need to go to a different spot for reasons I won't get into.  Just letting you know our position.

Just noting that on Saturday Night, Ciato, Elfboy and myself will be staying here instead of the undisclosed location.

It might, and keyword Might be possible I could get you into our room, at least the first 2 nights, Met, because apparently it's big enough for 6 people or something (those who are in my room will see what I mean when we get there), but I can't promise quite yet.  I have to double check.  Just tossing the idea out there.

Of course, 5 people, myself included, is the absolute maximum I am willing to take because that's how many people will fit into my car.

Speaking of which, Dhyer, did you get my PM?  I indicated you would be able to stay in our room, but got no response.

EDIT: And yeah, I can take a 5th person in my room, we'll figure out sleeping arrangements when we get there, shouldn't be too big a problem.

Well, it seems like OK just had to cancel which gives my room an open spot if someone needs one and doesn't mind sharing with me/tal/tide. I have the room starting Thursday the 10th and checkout on Sunday the 13th.
