Or at least, if I knew Japanese I'd translate it myself. But yeah, I've had this thing sitting around on my hard drive, forever, but I can't find anyone interested in translating it. I love SF2 to death and I know it got jacked on a lot of its plot, and most of it is in these pages...in Japanese. Does anyone uh, want this? It's scanned up and uploaded online.

My suggestion is to ask the fan translation community on twitter.
This site actually doesn't have that many people fluent in Japanese.
