There is a reasonable chance that we will be bringing a tagalong friend, the same one that came to San Francisco with us to Minimeet a couple years ago.

It's by far the cheapest and biggest option near public transportation. It limits our need for cars, gives us easy access to a shopping center with a grocery store and various other amenities, has easy parking for when we do need cars, is near-ish to my and Andy's place, and comes out to -- if all people currently confirmed stay in the house -- less than $200/person for the stay.

I'm still looking at other options too.

I'd be down for it. I still have to confirm I can get the time off to go, though. Since the date leans in favor of my being able to go, there's a good probability it'll work out, but I won't know for sure until at least March...

99% sure I'll be booking the El Cerrito place. As soon as I have, I'll let everyone know the final cost for the stay.

Please let me know if you don't think you'll be staying in the house. There are hotel options if, for some reason, you'd rather do that. It's gonna be tough to beat what the house costs. If you have money concerns but are still interested, PM me and we can have a chat. If you're planning on arriving before or leaving after the time the house is open, also let me know!

House is officially booked. I'm putting the details in the opening post.

If 15 people stay, it's a bit under $215/person. House is open Wednesday night (July 29) through Tuesday night (August 4) so there's coverage for people staying a bit before and a bit after.

Please, please let me know if you aren't staying at the house, will have trouble paying for it, or anything else. The sooner I know, the easier it is to deal with it.

I need confirmations from people that will be staying at the house. If we have too few, I'm going to have to cancel it so no one gets stuck with $400 bills. Out of courtesy to people planning on the house, I need to make this decision sooner rather than later.

Please let me know by April 30 whether you are staying in the house.
