There's a tier list topic
Cloud has his own GOD tier above everybody else
Every core character is in the Core tier, below everybody else
Nobody in the huge thread contested these particular placements

It also looks like the next update is going to make Cloud much better , because he really needed a boost

Anyway I beat Elite Ultros in the opera house and that's as far as I can possibly go there. No phoenix but At least I have Thundaja.

The core characters all have amazingly bad stats; my favorite part is Knight having less HP and attack than healers like Aerith and Lenna.

FFRK - My next gacha pull had even less useful items.  Like 1 armor and a platinum dagger to upgrade to 5* from first pull.

Witcher 3: Wild Framerate

Each day this battle system gets even worse in my eyes, Geralt is a True Master of the Spin2Lose fighting style, flailing around like an idiot when you don't want him to. He just kind of does whatever he wants and then dies, all while I'm cursing at him.
So far I've only survived thanks to Quen abuse.

However I just found out, something like 10 hours into the game, that all potions /bombs/oils get replenished everytime I meditate and this only consumes one common item. You... don't need to gather all the ingredients again? You have no idea how fantastic this is, I am now to make an alchemy build from now on.

I've been playing Triple Triad with anybody who wants to play Triple Triad with me, and I've gotten some really cool cards. The AI can sometimes be extremely intelligent, pulling some ridiculous tricks, and sometimes extremely dumb, sending all its melee cards into a snowy battlefield.
Ultimately this is the thing I care the most about in this game. If I have to choose between getting a new sword or cards I go with cards.

I read somewhere that breaking the level cap is based on getting an item to drop by bringing X character to X dungeon at max level. I don't know any of the specifics though.

Also, sweet, the FFRK update is great. It is all the quality of life stuff I wanted plus social features. Now I can play in my Skinner Box collectathon AND show off all the cool nostalgia trinkets I've collected. Yay.

Friend code is enWi. The irony of this randomly-assigned set of letters is not lost on me.

Anyway, the Quest system is a HUGE new source of Mythril, so hopefully I'll be able to pick up some rare weapons in the near future.

And with the Call A Friend option, I might be able to take out the last mission of Locke's Event too and finally pick up the Phoenix Summon.

Which the soul break for is frankly worse than element reels imo(might do more damage I guess? but reels is MT and good for hitting water weakness to get the bonus on some bosses).

Biggest improvement in Record Keeper was game-specific victory fanfares, a nice touch for nostalgia's sake. That's something that RK is actually really good at, whereas the gameplay is still just okay.

Code is 93Gf, I'm sending out Bard's upgraded Soul Break since I don't have any character-specific ones. It's apparantly an MT +80% boost to physical damage, which is nice when you aren't stuck with Bard in your party.

On the other hand I just did a 50 mithril pull and got four 5 stars items, which brings me to 4 natural five stars weapons and 4 natural five stars armor without having paid for anything

It took me forever to really understand that Georgio/Beth was a thing, because this was handled like an old sitcom so there were no kisses, and the game treated the lesbianism like nothing special

Prime World:  My games are pretty hit-or-miss, I either dominate or feed constantly.  My Priestess is godlike, nothing like 4 Russians chasing you around the map and not being able to kill you.

FF Cookie Clicker: 50 Mithril Pull get while playing between classes. 2 4 star swords and one 5-star whip, so now Rydia is a lock and Terra is now the weakest hitter on my team, even with Rydia in the back row (either whips ignore row or 5 star weapons are just that good; she outdamages everyone except Cloud, and even outdamages him in FF4 dungeons). May set her up for magic damage for bosses, but right now she's the only person who can cast Haste and having more than one Cura caster is necessary for more difficult dungeons. I suppose haste isn't purely necessary but I have the feeling that hasted Cloud/Rydia end up giving me better returns on damage than the few castings of -ra spells I can muster now.

That is, if I keep playing. After I got my first mythril pull I basically lost interest in the game. Oh I have a 5 star weapon so I win now, except for those battles where I don't and there's not really a whole lot of leeway to beat those battles through changing setups/good decision making. Nah I'm done. Good job, though, game, you distracted me for a week. I may pop on once the FF8 event is done to see what event's going on next but yeah don't really feel compelled to play anymore.

EDIT: Also now that you guys have the update it no longer feels like I'm playing the "real" version while you all are playing gimp version. So I don't have that going for me, which isn't nice.

I haven't managed to complete a single mission without exploding. In spite of this, I don't think I'm even the worst driver in the city. Of course, now that I can jump, that's my first response to getting past anything, and this is so not optimal in a lot of situations and often results in even more explodey. But at least I can say with certainty that I'm better than Fenrir is at limo soccer.

The villain is French Canadian by the way, 100% DL approved gaming.
