I'm not entirely sure, but my knee jerk is that Bravely Second bullshit initiative beats Gawn's bullshit?

My instinct is that Bravely Second would be effective here (I seem to recall it negates enemy counters in-game as well, although if I"m wrong about that I'd have to reconsider).  The larger question though is if Tiz could actually finish Gawn off before running out of BS.

Tiz, this was actually in Proving Grounds.  Tiz doesn't need Bravely Second here, actually, normal Tiz wins - Chronothief setup to be faster than Gawn, Thief has enough MP for 6 Reraises, cast Reraise at the start of every round, then die.
