Doubles Tournament- Noms!

This will be a series of 2 vs 2 matches.  Rules will be pretty straightforward.

- Both participants should hail from the same game.
- Both participants should be PCs in their home game.
- Any nominations should be from the Ranked Games list.
- Feel free to nom as many teams as you like; noms are often hard for this sort of tournament, and I'll be taking the ones I like and determining size of tournament based on response.

And that's pretty much it.  As a helpful note, I'll be putting one accepted team up top here as an idea of how strong your teams should probably be.

Clarissa and Levin feel too strong for this, they both have turn cancelling which can just lock down the enemies + all that speed. Most other teams top out at "two Heavies" (or worse rankings, but with better synergy usually), that team is... technically two Heavies but they're both really good and both are extra good in this setting (Clarissa not having to worry about bosses, both being able to choose their targets).

(Tidus + Yuna are also broken beyond belief but I'm sure both you and CK know that so it's less necessary to point out.)

I kinda wasn't worried about the power level thing, since CK didn't indicate much about it one way or another, but I can adjust this out, sure.

(Tidus and Yuna was pretty much for the lulz, though. Replaced Yuna with Auron.)

While I'm at it, I encourage CK not to use Chemist due to items votesplit (pre-emptively see also: BD Chemist, Rikku)

FFT: Time Mage and Calculator (all magics available)
Remember Quick?  The spell no one uses?

FF7: Cloud and Aerith
Letting Aerith use Fury Brand will be unpleasant.  And if Cloud dies first, Princess Guard doubles in power.

SO2: Ernest and Rena
Cloud Dust's evasion buff persists even if killed and revived.

FF6: Terra and Gogo
Even if Life 2 never sees use, having another target gives Terra more turns to nuke with.  Mimic exists too.

GS; Issac and Garet
Sandbagging with Flash comes to mind.

FF5: Blue Mage and Summoner
Transfusion gives the target full HP and MP at the cost of killing the caster.  Phoenix revives one ally at full HP and MP (and some damage too).  Endless revival loops possible.

Xenogears: Elly and Fei - Elly Sleep support and Fei damage could be fun!
Grandia 2: Tio and Elena - turn canceling shenanigans with Tio to support Elena's general game.
Disgaea: Etna and Flonne! Hey at least Flonne can heal someone! Lol
Soul Nomad: Layna and Vitali. One squad, Layna as leader, Vitali gets infinite healing but if Layna goes down they both go down!
