Mist (FE9) vs Chuck Preston (WA5): Mist's durability is pretty bad, but she counters. And she has non-total-fail evade against someone with notably bad accuracy, which tilts the match to her, I think.

Klein (AI1) vs Zero (MMXCM): Can't vote.  And don't expect to finish the game soon either <_<
(also, no, Zero is NOT reliant on Elemental damage.  Black Zero uses Non Elemental damage and has better consistent damage then Absolute Zero for worse One Turn damage (which still sounds like a OHKO in this case anyway, since Klein's durability doesn't sound too hot).  Just thought I'd throw that out)

Morph Jerme (FE7) vs Mist Dragon (FF4) - Misty doesn't have more than 266% PCHP to me, which is what all fifteen charges of Rune Sword does to average. Pretty fail for fifteen attacks, but kills the dragon.
Mist (FE9) vs Chuck Preston (WA5) - Mist is well above average raw evasion, against Chuck's accuracy.

Ashley Riot (VS) vs Korgan Bloodaxe (BG2)- Ashley, I think. Reflecting 40% of the physical damage back+that 30% healing is a solid combo in a straight slugfest.
Alakazam (PKMN) vs Gwendolyn (OS)- Tentative Gwen vote. Kinesis might make this match close, but there's also the question of whether it would run into the status resistance accessory. Also not helpful would be that one Kinesis wouldn't stop Gwen's first attack from hitting, and I'm not sure I could see Phozon Burst flat out missing in that manner.
Klein (AI1) vs Zero (MMXCM)- Klein has elemental resistance now? Assuming Firewall is fully legal, think Zero takes this. If it's not, then Klein sleeps/buffs/debuffs/Zero is easily taken out.

White Mage (FF3) vs Rozalin (Dis2) - Rozalin can stack Kneel before me to get a high 2HKO damage, but that takes 7 turns?  Petrify works by then.  Also, think White Mage healing was good enough to heal throw 2HKO damage until it fell enough anyway.

Morph Jerme (FE7) vs Mist Dragon (FF4) - 20% Para healing isn't actually super fail in light, and 266% damage is enough to kill any non healer.  His Skill is solid too.  Course, being slow and having 7HKO damage is pretty bad, but he beats Mist Dragon with full HP.

White Mage (FF3) vs Rozalin (Dis2) - Yeah, sure.  Rozalin can mess with the White Mage's speed with her Gun skills all she wants, but she'll get taken out early by a casting of Frog, I believe.  Match begrudgingly to the White Mage.

You are correct that Montblanc has an element Baofu's ultimate Persona is weak against (Lightning), but that doesn't cause him to lose turns like in Persona 3. Baofu also has a Lightning-immune Persona, but its stats are quite a bit lower, so it's probably not worth it for him to use.

Klein (AI1) vs Zero (MMXCM)- Klein has elemental resistance now? Assuming Firewall is fully legal, think Zero takes this. If it's not, then Klein sleeps/buffs/debuffs/Zero is easily taken out.

How does Klein put someone to sleep when Hyper Modes are status immune, and Zero is cleanly faster (a little below average > rather cleanly below, and from what I've played of AI already, I can say that speed differences matter more than in MMXCM, where the differences aren't as big as the values would imply, which helps slower PCs/hurts faster ones)

I'm not saying Zero wins hands down, but this argument doesn't really make much sense when Klein can't put the enemy to sleep and glancing at the stat topic, Zero has an easy Heal Lock, and the speed gap gets larger after Hyper Modes.
