Grah all AtL2 this week as predicted.  Check out my godlike voting.

Heavy

Kuja (Final Fantasy IX) vs Hugo (Radiant Historia)
Reflect ruins here.
EDIT: Was FF9 Reflect really that wimpy to not get enemy magic-ish skills?  I should probably look it up...

Middle

Mystere (Lunar: Eternal Blue) vs Ricardo Gomez (Shadow Hearts: From the New World)
Outlasts Ricardo's offense until his SP runs out.
Alexia Lynn Elesius (Wild ARMs XF) vs Valeria (Suikoden Series)
Valeria should 2HKO, Alexia shouldn't, and I don't think inititiave hype is gonna stop Valeria from getting 2 turns before Alexia gets 3.
Rand (Breath of Fire II) vs Snow Villiers (Final Fantasy XIII)
Snow is kind of a heavy.  No way Rand breaks his stall game.

Light

Tim Rhymeless (Wild ARMs 2) vs Freed Yamamoto (Suikoden II)
EDIT: Freed crit is apparently death, S2 crits better than I recall.
Kain Highwind (Final Fantasy IV) vs Innes (Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones)
I think?
Shady Thousand (Wild ARMs 3) vs Draggy (Chrono Cross)

Lavos (Chrono Trigger) vs Heat (Digital Devil Saga)
Claude (Star Ocean: The Second Story) vs Elc (Arc the Lad II)- Surprisingly good match. Claude blocks Divide, but Charge should see Elc take this I think.
Ryu (Breath of Fire III) vs Avalon (Legaia 2: Duel Saga)
TimeLord (SaGa Frontier) vs Cidolfas Orlandu (Final Fantasy Tactics)

Heavy

Kanji Tatsumi (Persona 4) vs Gau (Final Fantasy VI)
Kuja (Final Fantasy IX) vs Hugo (Radiant Historia)- I guess it depends on whether you see Reflect getting Hugo's stuff
Colm (Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones) vs Iga (Arc the Lad II)- Iga gets a matches to cut through with Paralysis
Poco (Arc the Lad II) vs Guy (Fire Emblem: Blazing Sword)- Not Poco's type of match

Middle

Mystere, who is ABSOLUTELY NOT the White Knight Leo (Lunar: Eternal Blue) vs Ricardo Gomez (Shadow Hearts: From the New World)- The 20% draining effect should be enough here
Roland (Digital Devil Saga) vs Raynie (Radiant Historia)
Alexia Lynn Elesius (Wild ARMs XF) vs Valeria (Suikoden Series)- 2HKOs, isn't 2HKOed
Rand (Breath of Fire II) vs Snow Villiers (Final Fantasy XIII)- Gut reaction

Light

Dahna (Grandia III) vs Lilianne Valendorf (Mana Khemia 2: Fall of Alchemy)- Well, this one is a toss up. I don't think Lily can deal with either of Dahna's statuses, but she'll have a 50% chance of guessing the right one. So either way I'm okay with the winner.
Tim Rhymeless (Wild ARMs 2) vs Freed Yamamoto (Suikoden II)- Heal until evil 100 FP accumulation since I don't respect crits as anti-healing
Kain Highwind (Final Fantasy IV) vs Innes (Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones)- Pass
Shady Thousand (Wild ARMs 3) vs Draggy (Chrono Cross)- Basic physicals are enough
...into the nightfall.

Claude (Star Ocean: The Second Story) vs Elc (Arc the Lad II) - Charge hype, sure.
TimeLord (SaGa Frontier) vs Cidolfas Orlandu (Final Fantasy Tactics)

Heavy

Kanji Tatsumi (Persona 4) vs Gau (Final Fantasy VI) - Surely.
Kuja (Final Fantasy IX) vs Hugo (Radiant Historia)
Colm (Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones) vs Iga (Arc the Lad II) - Yep.
Poco (Arc the Lad II) vs Guy (Fire Emblem: Blazing Sword) - Welcome to Heavy, Poco.

Middle

Mystere (Lunar: Eternal Blue) vs Ricardo Gomez (Shadow Hearts: From the New World) - Surely.
Alexia Lynn Elesius (Wild ARMs XF) vs Valeria (Suikoden Series) - Yeah sure.

Light

Dahna (Grandia III) vs Lilianne Valendorf (Mana Khemia 2: Fall of Alchemy) - Respect for Dahna's status game not found.
Tim Rhymeless (Wild ARMs 2) vs Freed Yamamoto (Suikoden II)
Kain Highwind (Final Fantasy IV) vs Innes (Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones) - Sure why not.
Shady Thousand (Wild ARMs 3) vs Draggy (Chrono Cross) - Oh nevermind, CC mechanics plot strikes again, yeah that penalty is probably enough for Shady to outrace even to those of us who don't live in Shady Hype Bizarro World

Godlike

Lavos (Chrono Trigger) vs Heat (Digital Devil Saga): If Crying Heavens really is lightning than Lavos just completely wrecks Heat. I don't think it is though, despite the animation. But... still, I think the speed lets him punch through and win? Invading Light may well work here (Heat does kinda lose to stat downs in-game so not inclined to hype him as immune).
Ryu (Breath of Fire III) vs Avalon (Legaia 2: Duel Saga): Having HP-1 helps Avalon some, since he can kill a dragon in two turns, but he's too slow, his first form is useless, and while he's reasonably durable it's not nearly enough to stretch Ryu's resources.
TimeLord (SaGa Frontier) vs Cidolfas Orlandu (Final Fantasy Tactics): Orlandu, if he twinks for HP, has an argument to survive TL's raw damage (depends on the HP average used)... but the problem is that even then, he can only get that much HP by leaving himself vulnerable to ID (or petrify), so TL just uses a bunch of TimeEclipses then finishes with MysticSword a couple times or something.

Heavy

Kuja (Final Fantasy IX) vs Hugo (Radiant Historia): Hmm... I think Hugo 3HKOs, while Kuja 5HKOs. If Kuja gets off a counter though that helps a lot, because Hugo's 3HKO is so low that one Curaga turns it into a 4HKO. Only a 50% chance of that though. If it doesn't happen, Hugo wins unless Kuja has a 5-3... which seems extremely unlikely? If it does happen, Kuja more likely wins... but Hugo could still win if he gets a turn below 25% HP, which is... possible. I dunno. Leaning Hugo slightly. For the record, no way is a MT, enemy-only, unreflectable-in-its-home-game ability reflectable to me; they never are in-game in FF.

Middle

Mystere, who is ABSOLUTELY NOT the White Knight Leo (Lunar: Eternal Blue) vs Ricardo Gomez (Shadow Hearts: From the New World): The type of match that plays to Leo's strengths, yeah, the 20% healing is a huge deal against RIcardo's level of offence and the fact that he plays under a time limit.
Roland (Digital Devil Saga) vs Raynie (Radiant Historia): So uh apparently we don't have stat topic numbers for Roland. Surprising! But I think Raynie has this, even though he resists all her damage, since she can land sleep, which is either instant win (if you allow Change shenanigans) or at worst lets her cast regen, heal to full, and try for a poison+sleep lockdown thereafter.
Alexia Lynn Elesius (Wild ARMs XF) vs Valeria (Suikoden Series): Valeria2 loses (gets 2HKOed), but Valeria1 wins (physically tankier). Valeria is fortunate I tend to vote on S1 for her, since she's forced instead of split-path there.
Rand (Breath of Fire II) vs Snow Villiers (Final Fantasy XIII): Rand offence is wretched, so Snow either runs him out of MP or gets a summon. Definitely don't agree with him being Heavy, though! He has a bunch of losses in this Middle field alone...

Light

Dahna (Grandia III) vs Lilianne Valendorf (Mana Khemia 2: Fall of Alchemy): If Dhyer thinks Lily wins if she blocks the correct status... well, Aroma Materials blocks both of them, so I certainly would make that assumption myself even if I limited MK to blocking only one status from their list.
Tim Rhymeless (Wild ARMs 2) vs Freed Yamamoto (Suikoden II): A Freed critical does kill, so Tim really needs me to just take Freed at his average damage. Or he needs to land Arcana 13 before Freed lands a critical or 3HKOs with non-crits, but that isn't too likely. Not sure how I feel about this. EDIT: While I generally do use average damage for simplicity, in a case like this it's pretty cut and dry how crits vs. non-crits work in this fight, so no reason to pretend that's not the case. In which case the odds are very against Tim winning this fight, 47% chance which is a loss even if I don't give Tim any discredit for trying to win via status.
Kain Highwind (Final Fantasy IV) vs Innes (Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones): Both 4HKO each other, assuming Kain can use Jump with no penalty. But Kain will probably miss once.
Shady Thousand (Wild ARMs 3) vs Draggy (Chrono Cross): Draggy is awful against fire resistance, he barely 5HKOs average with his techs nulled and his regular physicals at -20% power. It gets even worse against Shady, who is somewhat evasive, since CC physical chains get badly ruined against good evade. Meanwhile Draggy is even weak to ice! You have to have pretty ridiculously low Shady respect for him to lose this one.

Godlike

Lavos (Chrono Trigger) vs Heat (Digital Devil Saga): Grand Stone doubles into Crying Heavens to beat Heat?
Claude (Star Ocean: The Second Story) vs Elc (Arc the Lad II): Divide is out, but Mind Buster should work fine since it isn't draining.
Ryu (Breath of Fire III) vs Avalon (Legaia 2: Duel Saga): I don't think the HP->1 works on Ryu3. He explicitly immunes it in his home game. Even if he doesn't it's not too good for Avalon, since Ryu will be EX-turning. He needs to keep status defense up though, so that could be dicey. Tiamat could prove valuable here. So could Dark+Force+Thorn? for max smashing?
TimeLord (SaGa Frontier) vs Cidolfas Orlandu (Final Fantasy Tactics): Cid's shield evade doesn't work under Overdrive.

Heavy

Kanji Tatsumi (Persona 4) vs Gau (Final Fantasy VI): Gau knows physicals. Physicals are a friend of his.
Kuja (Final Fantasy IX) vs Hugo (Radiant Historia)
Colm (Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones) vs Iga (Arc the Lad II): Colm hurts Iga and then gets hit with the perfect paralyze move.
Poco (Arc the Lad II) vs Guy (Fire Emblem: Blazing Sword): Poco's not very durable to physical attacks (70%). He doesn't really have tricks to get him out of this either. Even if he survives a string via heal+counters he'll eventually be crit'd or double-crit'd.

Middle

Mystere, who is ABSOLUTELY NOT the White Knight Leo (Lunar: Eternal Blue) vs Ricardo Gomez (Shadow Hearts: From the New World)
Roland (Digital Devil Saga) vs Raynie (Radiant Historia): Zzzz -> Kill.
Alexia Lynn Elesius (Wild ARMs XF) vs Valeria (Suikoden Series): Suiko 1 Valeria.
Rand (Breath of Fire II) vs Snow Villiers (Final Fantasy XIII)

Light

Dahna (Grandia III) vs Lilianne Valendorf (Mana Khemia 2: Fall of Alchemy)
Tim Rhymeless (Wild ARMs 2) vs Freed Yamamoto (Suikoden II): Tim is probably around ~70% Physical durability. Freed's Critical (20% chance) should KO. But does Freed even 2HKO without the critical hit? If not, Tim can bank on Full Heal instead of First Aid, but it is a lot slower. Arcana 13 has a chance at Instant death but... Freed's 20% chance to fillet him every time he attacks is probably just too much, and will probably win a probability war given that it is going first and Tim has to heal sometimes. Time can't really afford to drag this out and isn't prone to end fights quickly in general. [Also since a 20% critical hit chance will only work by turn 4, I wonder if that should even be in the damage averages for the S2 cast, or if it should be taken against a larger turn damage average where runers will run out of great charges...)
Kain Highwind (Final Fantasy IV) vs Innes (Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones): Not one for hyping Innes' evasion, such as it is.
Shady Thousand (Wild ARMs 3) vs Draggy (Chrono Cross): NEB's favoritest crushing a Chrono Cross scrub.

EDIT: Was FF9 Reflect really that wimpy to not get enemy magic-ish skills?  I should probably look it up...

FF9 reflect, and indeed most FF reflects, are kinda wimpy in that regard! They only rarely get enemy-only spells (a few status spells in FFX are the main exception). Additionally, they tend to almost never get MT spells (except ST spells being cast MT at a damage penalty, e.g. Fire/Ice/Bolt/Cure). This came up in chat a few days ago and the only exception anyone could think of were some FF7 enemy skills. I don't see much reason to hype his Reflect as totally shutting down Hugo, who uses a completely unique, always-MT attack... the exact type of thing FF reflect never stops.

To make matters worse, if you want to talk about Kuja's reflect holistically... it kinda sucks. It does nothing at all to Garnet or Quina's magical attacks, nor Eiko's summons, nor Vivi's Doomsday or Meteor (so just his Flare, among spells you might actually hit Kuja with). So at best he slows down Eiko and Vivi's offence a bit depending on what abilities they have / depending on if you have your party set up with darkness nulling. And that's only if they don't set Reflect-Null.

Lavos (Chrono Trigger) vs Heat (Digital Devil Saga)- If Lavos has thunder, that'd be enough.
Claude (Star Ocean: The Second Story) vs Elc (Arc the Lad II)- I think so? Almost everything of Elc's is resisted here.  Elc can't charge under invincible, can't heal or MP bust thanks to the eternal sphere, and thanks to Claude's elemental defenses  There's a lo tof ways the fight could go, but it comes down to if you see the eternal sphere stopping Elc's MP: damage.
Ryu (Breath of Fire III) vs Avalon (Legaia 2: Duel Saga)- Avalon is good, but he isn't that good.
TimeLord (SaGa Frontier) vs Cidolfas Orlandu (Final Fantasy Tactics)

Heavy

Kanji Tatsumi (Persona 4) vs Gau (Final Fantasy VI)- Kanji does not like the defense. He isn't winning with Ziodyne spam.
Colm (Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones) vs Iga (Arc the Lad II)- Think so?
Poco (Arc the Lad II) vs Guy (Fire Emblem: Blazing Sword)- Ugly.

Middle

Mystere, who is ABSOLUTELY NOT the White Knight Leo (Lunar: Eternal Blue) vs Ricardo Gomez (Shadow Hearts: From the New World)
Alexia Lynn Elesius (Wild ARMs XF) vs Valeria (Suikoden Series)
Rand (Breath of Fire II) vsSnow Villiers (Final Fantasy XIII)

Light

Dahna (Grandia III) vs Lilianne Valendorf (Mana Khemia 2: Fall of Alchemy)- Strong kneejerk.
Tim Rhymeless (Wild ARMs 2) vsFreed Yamamoto (Suikoden II)
Kain Highwind (Final Fantasy IV) vs Innes (Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones)
Shady Thousand (Wild ARMs 3) vs Draggy (Chrono Cross)- Shady respect is very low, but not quite that low.
