That's amusing, but I really hope someone attaches an actual law school / professor to it. My general Internet skepticism for these kinds of smackdowns is high since it's so easy to concoct a straw-man for the other side. (My college, unfortunately, really was in the news due to a stupid anonymous demands letter that really existed, even if it might plausibly have been written by the Trump campaign as some parody of left-wing activism. Which hell, it might well have been, since it was anonymous.)
